Can I embed the chat inside a page?
Yes. Besides the floating widget, a shortcode renders an inline chat and a PHP function renders it from a template. A small JavaScript API opens, closes, hides or shows the widget from your own buttons.
How do I keep the bot on topic?

Where does the chatbot get its answers?
From the WordPress data you map into its instruction: post titles and content, post meta, ACF and Meta Box fields, taxonomies, terms, users and user meta, or a WP_Query. Values resolve on every request, unless you sync them to an OpenAI vector store, which refreshes on its schedule.
