A bot that respects the vendor split
WC Vendors Pro turns WooCommerce into a multivendor marketplace. Each vendor is a WordPress user with a special role (typically vendor) and a profile stored in wp_usermeta with keys like pv_shop_name, pv_shop_slug, pv_paypal, and per-vendor commission rates. Products are assigned via post_author on each WooCommerce product post, and vendor shipping rules live in the WC Vendors Pro settings.
SleekAI maps the vendor user meta, the product list per vendor, the per-vendor commission rate from wp_options and per-user meta, the per-product commission overrides in wp_postmeta, and the related order entries into the system message. Display conditions scope the bot to a specific vendor's shop URL, the My Account vendor dashboard, or a customer browsing a multivendor product page. Multibot lets a customer assistant and a vendor-side dashboard assistant share one install with different prompts.
A generic chatbot has no notion of which vendor owns which product or what their commission rate is. It will offer a refund the marketplace cannot honour and invent shipping windows that the vendor never set. SleekAI reads what is actually in the database, then routes the customer to the right vendor with the right policy, or tells the vendor exactly which orders are pending payout.

Features
What SleekAI gives you for WC Vendors Pro
Vendor identity in every reply
The bot always names the vendor behind a product, so customers know who is shipping and who handles returns. That single piece of context kills the most common multivendor confusion.
Per-vendor shipping windows
Vendors set their own dispatch time and shipping rates. SleekAI maps those settings, so the bot quotes 2-3 business days for one vendor and 5-7 for another without manual training.
Commission transparency
Vendors ask about commission constantly. The bot reads the per-vendor rate and any per-product override, then quotes the exact split for a given sale, which kills payout disputes early.
Use cases
Where marketplaces use SleekAI with WC Vendors Pro
Per-vendor pre-sales
Customers ask about fit, stock, dispatch, and returns. The bot answers using the actual vendor's policy and the product's real data, not a marketplace-wide generic FAQ.
Returns routing
Returns go to vendors on WC Vendors Pro. The bot tells the customer which vendor to contact, opens a request in the account area, and avoids routing returns through the wrong queue.
Vendor coaching
Operators review logs across vendors to see which stores accumulate the most repeat support questions and improve their onboarding documents or product copy directly.
The bigger picture
Why per-vendor AI matters on a marketplace
Multivendor marketplaces fail at the seams between vendors. A customer buys three items from three vendors and gets confused about who ships when, who handles returns, and why the parcels arrive separately. A generic chatbot makes that confusion worse.
It pretends the marketplace itself ships, invents a return window the vendor never agreed to, and quotes a wrong commission to a vendor who reads it as gospel. Each of those answers turns into a chargeback, a public review, or a vendor leaving the platform. WC Vendors Pro stores the right answers in WordPress already.
The product knows its vendor through post_author, the vendor knows its shop name and shipping rules through user meta, and the commission is in options or per-product postmeta. SleekAI exposes those fields as mapped variables and lets the bot quote them in real customer language. Customers stop bouncing between vendor and platform.
Vendors stop opening tickets about commission and payouts. Operators get a marketplace that feels coherent without having to staff a 24/7 multi-vendor support desk.
Questions
Common questions about SleekAI for WC Vendors Pro
Yes. WC Vendors Pro stores the vendor as the product's author. SleekAI maps post_author and the related vendor user meta into the system message, so every product reply already includes the vendor's shop name and contact path.
Yes. Vendor shipping settings live in WC Vendors Pro per-vendor configuration. SleekAI exposes those as mapped variables, so the bot quotes 2-3 business days for one vendor and a different window for another based on what each vendor configured.
Yes. A separate bot scoped to the vendor role and dashboard URL reads pending orders, commission applied, and the operator's payout schedule. Vendors get clear payout estimates instead of opening a ticket every Monday.
No. Refunds run through WC Vendors Pro and your payment gateway. The bot opens a return request, points the customer to the right vendor, and explains the vendor's return window without bypassing the vendor's approval.
Yes. Multibot mode scopes a chatbot by URL pattern, post type, or role. Each vendor store URL gets its own bot with that vendor's tone and policy. A marketplace-wide bot handles routing for visitors on the homepage.
If WPML or Polylang translates vendor pages and products, SleekAI reads whichever language is active on the request. Vendors with bilingual storefronts can run two prompts under the same install for two languages.
No. Logs live inside your WordPress database. SleekAI respects role visibility, so each vendor sees only logs from bots scoped to their store and dashboard. The operator sees everything and can audit across vendors.
Yes for the parts that exist in the free version. Vendor identity, product author, and basic commission are all there. Per-vendor shipping rules and the full dashboard are Pro-only, so a few of the features described here require Pro to be active.
