The WPForms Surveys and Polls addon turns any WPForms form into a survey with aggregated reports: bar charts, pie charts, NPS scores, Likert distributions. Reports show up in the WPForms admin under each form's Survey Results tab, pulling from wp_wpforms_entries and a serialized per-field aggregate stored by the addon. The numbers are accurate. The interpretation is not provided.
SleekAI reads the same survey schema and aggregates the addon uses. When an admin asks 'how did the last NPS survey land', the bot can say '247 responses, NPS of 42, up 8 points from last month, biggest detractor theme is shipping speed mentioned in 31 verbatim comments'. When a stakeholder visiting a public results page asks the same, the bot quotes the same numbers with a less internal framing. Both come from the same source data.
A generic chatbot can't read survey responses. It has no schema for what each field means, no access to the NPS computation, no count of detractors versus promoters. SleekAI scopes per survey form ID, reads the aggregates, and answers in language the admin or stakeholder actually uses: 'detractor mentions', 'biggest theme', 'completion rate', 'response velocity'.

Yes. WPForms supports Likert grids and the bot reads the aggregated scale distribution per row and column. 'For the question Did you find checkout easy, 62 percent strongly agree, 18 percent agree, 12 percent neutral, rest disagree.' Honest numbers, no chart-reading required.
 If the survey captures referrer, UTM source, or device metadata (either via form fields or via SleekAI's own page-context variables), the bot can split aggregates by those dimensions. 'Mobile NPS is 38, desktop NPS is 47' is a one-line query.
 Only if you explicitly include the email or name field in the variable set passed to the model. The default config strips PII, so detractor analysis works on themes and counts without exposing individuals. If you need to follow up with specific detractors, that's a separate admin flow.
