Chatbots - Logs

The Logs section allows you to track and review conversations that users have with your chatbot. This feature is particularly useful for monitoring chatbot performance, understanding user needs, and improving your chatbot's effectiveness.

Enabling Logs

The logging feature can be activated using the Enable toggle. When enabled, SleekAI will record all conversations that users have with your chatbot. This includes:

  • User messages
  • Chatbot responses

Viewing Logs

When logging is enabled, conversations are displayed in a table format below the settings. The log table provides a chronological view of all chatbot interactions, making it easy to:

  • Review conversation history
  • Monitor chatbot usage
  • Identify common user queries

Privacy Considerations

When enabling logs, consider:

  • Informing users that their conversations are being recorded
  • Reviewing and following applicable privacy regulations
  • Regularly reviewing and cleaning up old logs
