Coupons as a campaign, not a list
Advanced Coupons extends WooCommerce coupons with BOGO rules, schedules, usage limits, and conditions in postmeta, plus loyalty points and store-credit balances in custom tables. The default coupon list shows code, type, amount, expiry, useful at a glance, but it doesn't compose into the campaign dashboard marketing teams running multi-coupon promos actually need: usage versus limit by coupon, schedule timeline, BOGO mix, credit-liability total.
SleekView Charts reads the shop_coupon CPT with postmeta pivoted into chart-ready columns, plus the Advanced Coupons custom tables for loyalty and credits. Total usage becomes a Number card. Usage-versus-limit by coupon becomes a horizontal bar. BOGO type mix becomes a donut. Outstanding credit liability becomes another Number card, ready for the finance accrual conversation. The four cards together turn the coupon list into a campaign view.
The Charts view shares filters with the Table view on the same coupon dataset. Scope once to 'active, not expired', the chart dashboard reflects it. Marketing gets the campaign dashboard, finance gets the liability dashboard, customer success gets the per-customer credit and loyalty view. Same data the WooCommerce coupon list reads from, composed into the screen each role is rebuilding manually.

- Redemption trends over time require exporting WooCommerce order data and pivoting

- Compose Number, Bar, Pie, and Line cards from shop_coupon and the AC custom tables
- Top-coupon usage bar surfaces campaign performance at a glance
- BOGO and discount-type pie shows portfolio composition
- Credit-liability Number card from the store-credit custom table

Features
What SleekView Charts gives you for Advanced Coupons
Campaign performance
Total redemptions Number card and top-coupon bar on one screen. Marketing sees which codes are carrying the campaign and which need a push, instead of sorting a long coupon list.
Schedule and BOGO mix
Pie on discount_type and BOGO sub-types, plus an area chart of upcoming launches by start date. Useful for campaign-calendar reviews and portfolio-composition decisions.
Credit and loyalty liability
Number card on outstanding store-credit total and a stacked area on credit issued over time. Finance gets the accrual baseline from the same data the customer-facing balance reads from.
Audience
Who builds Advanced Coupons charts dashboards with SleekView
Marketing
Total redemptions, top coupons, BOGO mix, redemption trend. Campaign reviews open as a dashboard instead of a sort-and-export workflow across the WooCommerce coupon list.
Finance
Outstanding credit liability and issued-credit trend. The accrual conversation starts from a visual baseline instead of a manual query against the store-credit table.
Customer success
Per-customer credit and loyalty-points view scoped to a customer ID. Support calls about active coupons and credit balances get answered from one screen.
The bigger picture
Why coupon ops needs a campaign dashboard
Modern coupon programs aren't a static promo-code list, they're a campaign system. Each coupon has a launch date, an expiry, a usage cap, a BOGO rule structure, and often a loyalty or credit tie-in. Marketing teams running multi-coupon campaigns need the campaign as a chart: which codes are launching, which are near burnout, which are over-performing and need their cap raised.
The default coupon admin answers none of these without per-coupon clicks. Finance teams running quarterly liability reviews need the outstanding credit total as a number, not a custom query. SleekView Charts turns the Advanced Coupons data into the campaign and liability dashboard each role is already building manually.
Same data, same posts, same custom tables, the visual layer that turns recurring questions into one dashboard load.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView Charts for Advanced Coupons
No. The coupon list stays for individual coupon edits and one-off browsing. SleekView Charts is the dashboard layer for campaign-level and portfolio views like total redemptions plus top-coupon bar plus BOGO mix on one screen with one filter.

Yes. Coupons stay as shop_coupon posts under HPOS, only orders moved to the new storage. SleekView Charts handles either schema when joining coupons to redemption orders. The HPOS toggle doesn't affect coupon-side queries.
Yes. A horizontal bar on coupon title with usage_count as the value and usage_limit as a reference line surfaces near-burnout coupons visually. Sort descending by usage / limit ratio and the bar puts the high-risk codes at the top.
BOGO summary fields (active flag, basic type, product count) surface as columns and power a donut on type. Complex nested rules stay in the coupon-edit screen since their JSON structure is too rich for chart aggregation, but the summary is enough for portfolio-level views.
Yes. The Advanced Coupons store-credit custom table powers a Number card on outstanding balance and an area chart on issued-credit volume over time. Useful for finance accrual reviews where the total owed to customers needs to land on the balance sheet.
Yes. Loyalty points are per-user with current balance, lifetime earned, and last earned date. Surface points balance and last-earned date as columns in a customers-rooted view, then chart distribution by spend bucket or last-earned recency for segmentation and engagement reviews.
Yes. Filter the dataset by coupon prefix, by start-date range, or by a custom campaign tag, then save the dashboard. Each campaign gets its own saved view, so opening 'Spring 2026' loads the exact scope and the dashboard cards re-scope accordingly.

All chart work happens inside wp-admin with server-side aggregation against the indexed coupon columns and custom tables. Storefront pages, checkout, and the coupon-validation path are untouched. Dashboards typically render in under a second even on stores with hundreds of active coupons.
