Cookie Notice by dFactory is the long-running free cookie banner plugin used on hundreds of thousands of WordPress sites. It stores its full configuration in a single wp_options row: cookie_notice_options. That row carries the banner message, the accept and refuse labels, the position, the colours, the redirect target if any, the compliance-mode toggle and the recently added Cookie Compliance integration settings.

SleekView Charts reads that row across one site or every site in a multisite. A Number card counts sites where the banner is actually enabled. A Pie splits sites by banner position (top, bottom, inline) so an inconsistent UX rollout becomes visible. A Bar groups sites by accept-button label so brand drift across a network is one screen instead of an audit spreadsheet.
