Feedback Board turns a WordPress site into a public suggestion board. Visitors post suggestions, upvote others, and admins move items between statuses such as Open, Planned, In Progress, and Completed. Each suggestion is a custom post; the vote count and status sit on postmeta. The board itself sorts by votes, which is fine for browsers and thin for product leads.

SleekView Charts reads the suggestions CPT and the vote meta directly. A Number card counts open suggestions. A Pie splits the backlog by status. A Bar surfaces the top-voted items. An Area chart trends submissions per week so a roadmap update or community push shows up as a visible spike. Same dataset, different lens.

The dashboard sits next to the table and kanban views, all on one source. Move a suggestion to Planned in the table, the status donut reflects it next render. No separate report tool, no spreadsheet handoff.

Feedback Board does the visible job well: it gives visitors a place to post and vote on suggestions and gives admins a way to set statuses. The product team running the board needs a different lens. They need to know how many suggestions are unresolved, how the backlog distributes across statuses, which votes are stacking up fastest, and whether the rate of new submissions is climbing or flat.

None of that lives on the public board, and the WordPress Posts screen does not aggregate it. SleekView Charts reads the same suggestions CPT and vote meta the public board uses, then renders the answers as Number, Pie, Bar, and Area cards on a saved internal dashboard. The plugin keeps owning the board; the dashboard gives the team a number-driven roadmap conversation.
