SleekView Charts for MemberPress Corporate Accounts

Corporate Accounts links sub-members to parent buyers via MemberPress metadata. SleekView Charts reads those parent-child links and surfaces seat usage, fill rate, and renewal risk as Number, Pie, Bar, and Area cards.

Corporate seats need a B2B cockpit, not row-by-row drilling

MemberPress Corporate Accounts extends mepr_members and mepr_transactions with parent-account metadata so a single buyer can grant access to a roster of sub-members. The parent owns the subscription in mepr_subscriptions, the seat allowance lives in the membership product, and each sub-member is a mepr_members row linked back to the parent. It is the right schema for B2B membership, and it is invisible to the default admin in any aggregate sense.

The default MemberPress Members screen lists every account flat. Spotting that one corporate buyer has used 18 of 25 seats while another has only used 4 of 50 means clicking each parent in turn. Mid-renewal, that distinction matters: a corporate account at 4 of 50 seats is a renewal risk; one at 24 of 25 is a seat-expansion opportunity. The admin lists the data but does not group it.

SleekView Charts reads the parent-child link directly. A Number anchors active corporate accounts. A Pie splits seat utilisation across full, healthy, under-utilised buckets. A Bar ranks parents by seats consumed for an at-a-glance renewal triage. An Area trends new sub-member adds against renewal date to surface accounts whose teams are still growing right up to the contract anniversary.

Workflow

Turn MemberPress Corporate Accounts data into a dashboard

1

Map the parent and child tables

Point SleekView at mepr_members joined to itself on the corporate parent_id metadata, plus mepr_subscriptions for the parent's renewal state and memberpressproduct for the seat allowance. Every parent becomes one row with seat metrics inline.
2

Compose B2B chart cards

Pick Number, Pie, Bar, Area, Line, Radar, or Radial cards. Group by parent_id, product_id, or expires_at to slice by buyer, by membership tier, or by renewal window.
3

Save dashboards per B2B function

Name dashboards ("Renewal triage", "Seat expansion targets", "Onboarding watch") and scope by WordPress capability so the account manager, the sales lead, and customer success each see the right cockpit.
4

Share with the account team

Send an account manager a read-only URL of the at-risk corporate dashboard or export the under-utilised cohort to CSV for outreach. Cards refresh against live MemberPress data.

Charts you can build from MemberPress Corporate Accounts data

Each card below reads directly from MemberPress tables joined on the corporate parent metadata. Mix them for a renewal-triage dashboard, a seat-expansion cockpit, or a B2B onboarding view.
Number · Default

Active corporate accounts

Distinct parent accounts in mepr_members with active corporate subscriptions. The KPI any B2B membership lead reports on weekly.
Count
Pie · Donut text

Seat utilisation bands

Splits corporate accounts into full (90%+), healthy (40-90%), and under-utilised (<40%) seat usage. Reveals renewal risk and expansion targets at a glance.
Count group by utilisation_band
Bar · Horizontal

Seats used per corporate account

Counts sub-members per parent_id. Ranks the heaviest and lightest corporate accounts so the account team prioritises outreach.

Area · Gradient

Sub-member adds over time

Time series of new sub-member rows linked to a parent. Spots which buyers are still adding seats right up to renewal and which have gone quiet.

Comparison

Default Corporate Accounts admin vs SleekView Charts

Default MemberPress Corporate Accounts admin

  • Each corporate account opens to its own seat list, no roll-up view
  • Seat utilisation across all buyers is not surfaced as a single chart
  • Renewal risk by seat consumption needs custom SQL
  • Sub-member growth per parent is not visible on a timeline
  • No read-only dashboard URL to share with an account manager

SleekView Charts

  • KPI card for total active corporate accounts
  • Pie split of utilisation across full, healthy, under-utilised bands
  • Bar ranking buyers by seats consumed for renewal triage
  • Area trend of sub-member adds against the renewal window
  • Filters carry between table view and chart view on the same corporate cohort

Features

What SleekView Charts gives you for MemberPress Corporate Accounts

Parent and child in one query

Join mepr_members to itself on the corporate parent_id meta so every buyer surfaces with its current seat count, allowance, and renewal date inline.

Filters span table and chart

Filter to expires_at within 60 days in the chart view and the underlying corporate roster stays in sync. Renewal triage works in a single workspace.

Share a read-only snapshot

Send an account manager a URL of the at-risk dashboard or export the under-utilised cohort to CSV for outreach. The B2B review uses live numbers.

Audience

Who builds MemberPress Corporate Accounts charts dashboards with SleekView

Account managers

Anchor a weekly call list on the at-risk pie and the under-utilised bar. Walk into renewal conversations with hard usage numbers rather than gut feel.

Expansion sales

Sort the seats-per-buyer bar for accounts at 90% of allowance. Those buyers are the upsell targets, and the chart surfaces them in seconds.

Customer success

Watch the sub-member adds area against renewal dates. Accounts that stop adding seats two months before renewal need an early intervention.

The bigger picture

Why corporate membership needs a B2B dashboard

B2B memberships do not behave like B2C ones. A corporate buyer with a 50-seat plan at 4 seats used is not a happy customer, even if those 4 seats are highly active. A buyer at 24 of 25 seats is not waiting for a renewal reminder, they are waiting for an expansion offer.

The MemberPress Corporate Accounts add-on captures the parent-child link beautifully but the default admin still presents everything as flat member rows. Seat utilisation, expansion risk, and renewal pressure are all aggregates the data supports and the UI does not surface. A dashboard built straight on the corporate parent_id meta turns those aggregates into a glance: full bar, under-utilised slice, growing sub-member trend all visible in the same workspace.

The account team walks into renewal calls with usage numbers, not gut feel, and the expansion targets surface themselves week over week.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView Charts for MemberPress Corporate Accounts

MemberPress' mepr_members table joined to itself on the corporate parent_id metadata the Corporate Accounts add-on writes, plus mepr_subscriptions for the parent's renewal state and memberpressproduct for the seat allowance. No data is copied, the cards render straight off the existing schema.

The parent-child cards require the parent_id metadata Corporate Accounts populates, so the B2B-specific views need the add-on. Standard member, transaction, and subscription cards work on plain MemberPress because they read the core tables directly.

Sub-member count per parent divided by the seat allowance on the parent's membership product, then bucketed. SleekView Charts supports computed group-by columns so the bucketing happens in the query, not in a manual export.

Yes. Filter to expires_at within a chosen window (30, 60, 90 days) and the same cards render the renewal cohort only. The under-utilised slice of that cohort is the renewal-risk list.

Yes. Group by last login or last activity on mepr_members within a parent and the bar shows which sub-members under each corporate buyer have gone quiet. Often a sign the buyer is not getting the value they signed up for.

Yes. MemberPress indexes mepr_members on user_id and stores the parent_id meta in standard usermeta, which SleekView Charts joins efficiently. Sites with hundreds of corporate parents and thousands of sub-members render the dashboard in well under a second.

Yes. Group by product_id with a Sum aggregation on the per-seat price and the bar shows revenue at full utilisation per account, minus current seats. The gap is the expansion opportunity, sorted by size.

Yes. Each saved chart dashboard is scoped by WordPress capability. Account managers see the renewal triage cockpit, expansion sales see the upsell cockpit, and customer success sees the engagement cockpit, with each role saving its own filter presets.
