SleekView Charts for MonsterInsights Pro

SleekView Charts reads the cached GA4 reports MonsterInsights Pro stores in WordPress, plus the posts, products and form data they reference. Popular posts, eCommerce revenue, Forms conversions and custom dimensions become Number, Pie, Bar and Area cards.

♾️ Lifetime License available

SleekView Charts dashboard for MonsterInsights Pro

Pro tier or not, the cache is queryable.

MonsterInsights Pro brings the eCommerce, Forms, Search Console and custom dimensions addons on top of the free MonsterInsights base. The plugin caches the matching GA4 reports inside WordPress on a refresh schedule, surfacing them as fixed dashboard widgets in the MonsterInsights admin: popular posts, top landing pages, eCommerce revenue, Forms conversions, each in its own card.

SleekView Charts reads that same cache layer plus the underlying posts, postmeta and WooCommerce data. A Number card shows revenue or conversions over the selected range. A Pie shows the source mix or device split. A Bar shows revenue per product or conversions per form. An Area trends sessions, conversions and revenue per day on the same dashboard, with the editors and admins who run the site already inside WP admin where the charts live.

Because the data lives in the MonsterInsights cache, dashboards never burn GA4 Data API quota and stay aligned with the widgets the plugin already exposes. Custom dimensions become real columns and group keys. Saved dashboards can be scoped per role, so a Pro license unlocks the data and SleekView decides who reads which slice of it.

Workflow

Turn the MonsterInsights cache into chart cards

1

Read the cache

SleekView detects MonsterInsights and registers its cached report data plus posts, postmeta, WooCommerce orders and form submissions. No GA4 API key or service account configuration is needed beyond what MonsterInsights already uses.
2

Compose the chart cards

Pick Number, Pie, Bar, Area or Line cards. Group by post, product, form, source, medium, device or any active custom dimension, and aggregate over sessions, conversions and revenue.
3

Save and scope the dashboard

Name it ("Editorial traffic", "WooCommerce revenue", "Forms funnel") and gate by WordPress capability so editors, store managers and clients each see the slice they need.
4

Share or export

Send a stakeholder a read-only URL or export the filtered set to CSV. The dashboard reads the same cache the MonsterInsights widgets use, so numbers stay consistent across surfaces.

Sample dashboard

Charts you can build from MonsterInsights Pro data

Each card below reads from the MonsterInsights Pro cache and your WordPress posts, products and form submissions. Mix them for an editorial dashboard, a WooCommerce revenue cockpit or a forms funnel report inside WP admin.
Number · Default

Conversions in range

Total conversions from the MonsterInsights cache over the selected date range. The KPI that anchors any campaign or weekly review.
Sum(conversions)
Pie · Donut text

Sessions by source

Split across organic, direct, referral, social and paid. Surfaces the traffic mix per content area without rebuilding the report in GA4 explorations.
Sum(sessions) group by source
Bar · Horizontal

Revenue per product

Revenue grouped by product, joined to wp_posts for readable titles. Store managers use it to spot which SKUs deserve another round of distribution.
Sum(revenue) group by product_id
Area · Gradient

Sessions per day

Time series of daily sessions over the cached range. The classic traffic chart, sitting inside the same WP admin as the posts and products it tracks.
Sum(sessions) group by date

Comparison

Default MonsterInsights Pro admin vs SleekView Charts

Default MonsterInsights Pro

  • Reports are fixed widgets with preset columns and chart layouts
  • Cross-cutting filters across posts, products and forms require GA4 explorations
  • Hard to combine engagement, conversions and revenue per post in one card
  • No way to scope dashboards per WordPress role beyond the plugin's own access tiers
  • Custom dimensions appear in their own report rather than alongside posts

SleekView Charts

  • Cached GA4 metrics rendered as WP-native chart cards
  • Group by post, product, form, source, medium, device or custom dimension
  • Filters and date ranges scoped per dashboard, saved per role
  • No extra GA4 API calls, dashboards read the same cache the widgets use
  • Same dataset behind the table and chart views, with shared filters

Features

What SleekView Charts gives you for MonsterInsights Pro

Pro features, real dashboard

Render MonsterInsights Pro's eCommerce, Forms, Search Console and custom dimensions cache as Number, Pie, Bar and Area cards. The data the Pro license unlocks finally becomes queryable, not just widgety.

Filters span table and chart

Filter to a campaign, a single product or a form and both chart cards and the underlying table view stay in sync on the same MonsterInsights dataset.

Role-scoped views

Writers see their own author rows, store managers see WooCommerce revenue, clients see a clean read-only board. All scoped using WordPress capabilities, not GA4 user permissions.

Audience

Who builds MonsterInsights Pro charts dashboards with SleekView

Editorial teams

Read post traffic, top sources and engagement directly in WP admin. Writers see their own articles and clients see the section they sponsor, both in the same dashboard with different filters.

WooCommerce store managers

Track revenue per product and conversions per campaign on a single chart. Stop juggling MonsterInsights' eCommerce widget, the Woo reports and a spreadsheet just to compare two SKUs.

Agency leads

Build clean WordPress-native client reports. No GA4 logins to share, no Looker Studio dashboards to maintain, no broken embeds when GA changes a feature.

The bigger picture

Why a Pro analytics integration deserves a Pro dashboard layer

MonsterInsights Pro unlocks the most valuable GA4 cuts a WordPress install can use: eCommerce, Forms, custom dimensions, Search Console. Those addons populate a cache that already maps GA4 events to posts, products and form submissions, which is exactly what makes the data worth paying for. The trade-off is that the dashboard side stays widgety.

Each report gets its own card, with its own preset columns, and any cross-cutting question still leads back to a GA4 exploration or a CSV. SleekView Charts removes that ceiling. The cached MonsterInsights data becomes a real query surface inside WP admin: Number, Pie, Bar, Area cards over sessions, conversions and revenue, grouped by post, product, form, source or custom dimension.

The Pro license keeps unlocking the data; SleekView decides how the data is read and by whom, without burning GA4 quota or sending a single number to a separate tool.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView Charts for MonsterInsights Pro

The cached GA4 reports MonsterInsights stores in WordPress, plus standard posts, postmeta, WooCommerce orders and form submissions for joins. Sessions, conversions and revenue all come from the same cache the MonsterInsights widgets use, so numbers stay aligned across surfaces.

Some of the cards do. Free MonsterInsights covers popular posts and basic session reports, and SleekView reads those fine. eCommerce revenue, Forms conversions, custom dimensions and Search Console rows live in the Pro tier of the cache, so the matching cards only light up when Pro is active.

No. SleekView reads the data MonsterInsights has already cached locally, so it does not add API requests or count against GA4 quota. Refreshes are triggered by MonsterInsights itself, and the new data shows up in SleekView on the next dashboard load.

Yes, when the eCommerce addon is active. Transaction and revenue rows are cached per product, and SleekView joins them to wp_posts. A Bar grouped by product_id with a Sum on revenue gives store managers a single chart for SKU-level performance.

Yes, when the Forms addon is active. Form impression and conversion counts cached per page become a group key, and a Bar or Pie card surfaces conversion rates per form alongside the post traffic on the same dashboard.

Yes. MonsterInsights Pro caches the configured dimensions per post, and SleekView treats them as group keys or columns. A Bar or Pie grouped by a custom dimension surfaces categorized performance without leaving WP admin or rebuilding the cut in GA4.

Yes. Each saved dashboard is gated by capability. Writers can be limited to their own author rows, store managers to revenue boards, clients to a single read-only view, all without juggling MonsterInsights or GA4 user permissions.

No. MonsterInsights still owns the GA4 connection, cache refresh, addon licensing and snippet injection. SleekView Charts is the dashboard layer the plugin's fixed widgets cannot offer, sitting on top of the same cached data without changing how the integration works.
