WooCommerce Order Status Manager stores each custom status as a wc_order_status post with workflow fields, next_status, triggers_email, icon, in postmeta. The plugin lists statuses but does not surface their usage or downstream effects, which means ops teams plan workflows blind to where orders actually accumulate.
