SleekView Charts for Rank Math

Rank Math splits redirects, 404 logs, internal links, and SEO meta across five admin screens. SleekView Charts pulls every record into one dashboard with KPIs, distributions, and time-series cards built on the tables you already have.

SleekView Charts dashboard for Rank Math

404 spikes next to redirect coverage, not five screens away

Rank Math writes redirects into wp_rank_math_redirections, 404 events into wp_rank_math_404_logs, prominent words and link suggestions into wp_rank_math_internal_meta, and SEO fields into standard postmeta. The default admin gives each table its own screen with its own filters, which makes connecting a 404 spike to a missing redirect a slow, manual task.

SleekView Charts reads from those tables directly and renders a single reporting dashboard. A Number card counts the open 404s with no matching redirect. A Pie card splits redirect types between 301, 302, and 307. A Bar card ranks the top 404 sources by hit count. An Area card plots 404 events over time so a deploy that broke URLs jumps off the chart.

The redirects screen is still where you run the workflow. Charts is the surface that tells you which workflow to run next.

Workflow

Build a Rank Math reporting dashboard in four steps

1

Add Rank Math tables as data sources

Connect wp_rank_math_redirections and wp_rank_math_404_logs in the SleekView agent. The columns (id, sources, url_to, header_code, hits, accessed) get auto-discovered.
2

Create a new Charts view

Switch the view type from Table to Charts. The canvas opens empty, ready for cards configured against the redirect and 404 datasets.
3

Add four mixed cards

Drop a Number for open 404s. Add a Pie for redirect type distribution. Add a Bar of top 404 paths by hits. Add an Area card of 404 events per day to make migration spikes obvious.
4

Pin and share

Save the view, give the SEO and dev teams access, and pin it to the admin sidebar. The next migration starts and ends with the same dashboard open.

Charts you can build from Rank Math data

All four read from Rank Math's own tables. No new logging required, no schema changes.
Number · Default

Open 404s without a redirect

Single KPI for SEO debt. Counts unique 404 paths in wp_rank_math_404_logs with no matching rule in wp_rank_math_redirections.

Redirect types

Donut of redirects by response code. 301, 302, and 307 split into proportions, so a wave of accidental 302s shows up at a glance.

Top 404 sources by hits

Horizontal bar chart of the 10 most-hit 404 paths. The next redirect to write is the one at the top of this card.

Gradient area trend of 404 events. Deploy spikes, migration aftershocks, and steady baseline noise sit on the same line.

Comparison

Default Rank Math reporting vs SleekView Charts

Rank Math admin

  • Redirects, 404 logs, and internal links live on separate screens
  • No native dashboard combining 404 hits with redirect coverage
  • Counts surface only as totals, not distributions
  • No saved time-series view of 404 spikes after a deploy
  • Cross-table summaries require SQL or analytics exports

SleekView Charts

  • One KPI card for unmatched 404 paths across the site
  • Redirect type distributions visible without clicking into rules
  • Top 404 sources ranked by hit count on one card
  • Daily 404 trend chart for post-deploy reviews
  • All cards saved into one Charts view for the SEO team

Features

What SleekView Charts gives you for Rank Math

Reads every Rank Math table

Redirects, 404 logs, and internal meta all feed into one Charts canvas. No CSV exports, no third-party analytics.

Cached aggregates

Each card caches its query at a chosen interval. The 404 log can have millions of rows and the chart still loads in milliseconds.

Role-scoped dashboards

Editors see their own posts' 404s, SEO managers see the full corpus. Filters per role keep the right view in front of the right person.

Audience

Who builds Rank Math charts dashboards with SleekView

SEO specialists

Open the Charts view, scan the top 404 sources, and write redirects against the list instead of bouncing between Rank Math menus.

Migration teams

Pin the 404-per-day chart on launch day. A spike that doesn't fall off after redirects ship becomes the next ticket to investigate.

Editorial leads

See how many old slugs still need redirects after a content refresh. The chart replaces the spreadsheet of broken legacy URLs.

The bigger picture

Why Rank Math needs a Charts layer

Rank Math captures rich data across its tables, but each table sits behind its own admin screen with its own filters. A 404 spike on the logs screen, a redirect with zero hits on the redirects screen, and an internal link with no destination on a third screen are all related, and all silent on their own. SleekView Charts joins those datasets into a single reporting view so the patterns become visible, the SEO debt becomes countable, and a deploy that broke URLs stops hiding in row 47 of a long log.

The cards stay live as the data changes, so the dashboard reflects the site as it is right now.
