SleekView Charts dashboard for Solid Affiliate

Five program tables, never charted together

Solid Affiliate ships with its own program schema: wp_sa_affiliates for partners, wp_sa_referrals for conversions, wp_sa_visits for clicks, wp_sa_creatives for assets, and wp_sa_payouts for batch payments. The plugin's admin has a screen for each, which works for editing one slice but breaks for the cross-table questions tiered programs face weekly: who's close to the next tier, what's the commission trend, which affiliates are pending payout.

SleekView Charts reads the five tables and renders the answers as cards. A Number card sums 30-day commissions. A donut splits affiliates by tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). A Bar card ranks the top 10 affiliates by 30-day commissions. An Area card plots referral volume over 30 days. The agent UI handles the joins so the chart fields reference the real columns without exposing SQL.

Inline edits to commission rates and payout marks stay in the SleekView table view, where they fire through Solid Affiliate's standard update paths. The dashboard is purely the program-overview layer.

Workflow

From five tables to one tiered dashboard

1

Join the Solid Affiliate tables

Pick wp_sa_affiliates, wp_sa_referrals, wp_sa_visits, wp_sa_creatives, and wp_sa_payouts in the agent UI. SleekView joins them on affiliate ID and surfaces tier, commission, conversion, and payout fields.
2

Build the commission KPI

A Number card summing commission across approved referrals in the last 30 days gives the program a single earnings KPI for finance and ops reviews.
3

Surface tier and top performers

A donut on tier renders Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum. A horizontal Bar on commission ranks top affiliates, so tier promotion decisions start from a chart.
4

Plot referral trend

An Area card on referral date for 30 days catches campaign lifts and post-promotion drops. Save the dashboard as Tiered program overview for the program manager role.

Sum of commission across approved referrals in the last 30 days, replacing the running spreadsheet program managers keep for monthly earnings reviews.

Comparison

Default Solid Affiliate reporting vs SleekView Charts

Solid Affiliate default admin

  • Affiliates, referrals, visits, creatives, and payouts each on separate screens
  • No chart cards above any of the program tables
  • Tier distribution is not visualised, only filterable
  • 30-day commission rollups require a separate report or export
  • Top-affiliate rankings need manual sort-and-count work

SleekView Charts

  • 30-day commission as a Number card on the commission column
  • Tier distribution donut covering Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
  • Top-affiliates Bar card ranked by 30-day commission
  • 30-day referral volume Area card with gradient fill
  • Dashboard pairs with the SleekView affiliate+commission table

Features

What SleekView Charts gives you for Solid Affiliate

Tiered program clarity

The tier donut and top-affiliates Bar make tier promotion decisions a chart-driven exercise. No more spreadsheet pivot to find Bronze affiliates close to Silver thresholds.

Commission as a KPI

A 30-day commission Number card replaces the manual export ritual and gives finance, ops, and the program manager the same number for reconciliation.

Scope to a tier in one click

Per-card filters scope the dashboard to one tier, so a Silver-only earnings card and an Inactive-only status card live side by side without separate dashboards.

Audience

Who builds Solid Affiliate charts dashboards with SleekView

Tier promotion reviews

Tier donut and top-affiliates Bar surface who's earning past their tier threshold, so promotions stop requiring quarterly spreadsheet pivots.

Payout batch prep

A scoped commission Number card filtered to unpaid referrals matches the next payout batch, so finance reconciles spend against the chart before approving.

Compliance and fraud reviews

A conversion-rate Bar (referrals vs visits) and a tier donut surface affiliates with suspicious patterns (high commissions at low tier, zero conversion at high visits) for fraud cleanup.

The bigger picture

Why tiered programs need pivot dashboards

Tiered programs work only when you can see who's close to the next tier. Solid Affiliate supports Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum out of the box, but the native admin shows tier as a static field with no built-in view of cumulative commissions across the cohort. Promotions become a quarterly export-and-spreadsheet ritual where managers join referrals to affiliates by hand.

A charts dashboard fixes that by surfacing the program at a glance: tier mix as a donut, top performers as a Bar, commission trend as an Area, total earnings as a Number. Quarterly reviews become weekly. Fraud signals (high commissions at low tier, zero conversion at high visits) stand out without writing SQL.

The plugin's affiliate logic, commission engine, and payout methods stay unchanged because the dashboard is purely a chart layer over the existing five-table join.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView Charts for Solid Affiliate

No. Solid Affiliate's native reports keep working. SleekView Charts complements them with a sortable, filterable chart dashboard that the native admin doesn't offer. Most teams use the native screens for per-referral detail and the charts dashboard for program-wide review.

Yes. Solid Affiliate's WooCommerce integration writes commission data into wp_sa_referrals regardless of source. SleekView Charts reads the table directly, so WooCommerce-tied referrals appear in the dashboard alongside any other source the plugin supports.

Yes. A donut grouped by tier renders Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum slices. Combine with a Sum-on-commission Bar grouped by tier to see cumulative earnings per tier, useful for tier-level promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Yes. Recurring referrals are stored with a parent referral ID in wp_sa_referrals. A Bar card filtered to recurring rows surfaces SaaS-style affiliate revenue separate from one-off conversions, which matters for lifetime-value programs.

Yes. Each card supports a CSV export of the aggregated rows. Common exports include monthly tier promotion lists, top-50-by-30-day-commission tables, and full program snapshots for external finance reporting.

No. SleekView Charts is admin-only and never affects the front-end affiliate tracking pixel or referral creation path. Aggregations run via indexed SQL on the Solid Affiliate tables, so even programs with thousands of affiliates stay responsive.

Yes. wp_sa_creatives is part of the join. A Bar card grouped by creative ID with Count on referrals surfaces which banners and text creatives drive the most conversions, useful for refreshing stale assets.

Solid Affiliate supports affiliate groups with shared commission settings. A Bar or donut grouped by affiliate_group_id rolls up commissions per group, so group-level performance becomes visible without opening each affiliate's profile.
