SleekView Charts for WooCommerce Purchase Order Gateway
WooCommerce Purchase Order Gateway lets B2B customers check out on a PO number instead of a card. SleekView Charts turns those orders, their PO numbers, and their payment status into a saved accounts-receivable dashboard.

B2B stores live on AR aging charts, the gateway already has the data
WooCommerce Purchase Order Gateway is the official Woo.com payment method that accepts a customer-supplied PO number and leaves the order in on-hold until the merchant collects payment offline. Every order writes the PO number to order meta, the gateway slug is captured in payment_method, and the on-hold to processing transition is logged with timestamps. That is everything an AR dashboard needs: outstanding balance, days-to-pay, top late accounts.
SleekView Charts reads the orders table, filters by payment_method equals purchase_order, and exposes _po_number, status, total_amount, date_paid, and the days-on-hold derived value as chartable columns. A Number sums outstanding PO balance (orders still on-hold). A Pie splits PO orders by status. A Bar plots outstanding balance per customer (the top-late list). An Area trends PO volume per day so finance can see seasonality.
This is the same dashboard a B2B operation would otherwise rebuild in a spreadsheet every Monday morning. SleekView Charts lets the team save it once and open it on every browser.

Comparison
Default WooCommerce Purchase Order Gateway reporting vs SleekView Charts
Default WooCommerce orders screen filtered by PO
- The orders screen lists PO rows but shows no aggregated outstanding-balance KPI.
- Top-late accounts cannot be ranked without a manual export.
- Status mix for PO orders versus card orders requires running multiple filtered queries.
- Average days-to-pay is not surfaced in any built-in report.
- No saved dashboard for the weekly AR review.
SleekView Charts
- Reads wp_wc_orders and wp_wc_orders_meta directly, no extra sync.
- Pivots _po_number, status, customer_id, and date_paid as groupBy columns.
- Number, Pie, Bar, Area, Line, Radar, and Radial chart types on the same dataset.
- Aggregations cover count, sum, average, minimum, and maximum.
- Same orders feed Table, Kanban, and Charts views in one workspace.

Status mix and PO volume trend show whether the B2B side of the business grew, shrank, or shifted gateway last quarter.
Sales account managers
Per-customer balance charts flag accounts approaching their credit limit before the next PO comes in.
The bigger picture
Accounts receivable charts belong in WordPress for B2B WooCommerce stores
B2B WooCommerce stores live on AR aging and collection priority, and Purchase Order Gateway already captures the data needed to chart both. The plugin's role is to accept the PO at checkout and leave the order on-hold for offline payment; what it does not do is roll those PO orders into a dashboard. SleekView Charts reads the orders the gateway flagged and turns status, balance, and customer into chart axes.
The finance team gets the AR view, the account managers get the top-late list, and operations gets the volume trend. The gateway keeps owning the checkout method; SleekView charts the receivables it produces.
