WP Business Directory stores listings as a standard post type and keeps the submission state in post_status plus the directory-specific meta it writes during submission. The default admin gives a queue, a filter for pending and an approval action. It does not give a sense of the queue as a moving system, or of how the directory is changing through the quarter.

SleekView Charts reads the same posts and meta directly. A Number card counts pending submissions waiting for moderation. A Pie splits all listings by their current status so the ratio of pending, published and rejected is visible at a glance. A Bar groups listings by category to spot which sections are growing. An Area trends submissions per day so moderators can see whether the queue is filling faster than it clears.

The chart data and the moderation table share one query layer, so a filter applied in the chart view scopes the row list, and an inline approval action made from the row list updates the chart on the next refresh. The directory plugin keeps owning the data model and the front-end templates.

WP Business Directory does the row work cleanly. Each listing has a clear page, each pending submission has an approve action, and the admin gets out of the way once a moderator knows what to click. The gap is one level up.

Owners need to answer questions about the directory as a whole: how many listings are pending right now, how the inventory splits across categories, whether submission rate is accelerating or fading. None of those questions fit a paginated row list. SleekView Charts renders them as cards over the same posts and meta.

The plugin keeps owning its data model, the front-end keeps working unchanged, and the moderation team gets a reporting layer that matches the scale of the directory.
