Affiliate programs run on cross-table joins, default UIs ignore them
FluentCRM Affiliate (the Fluent Affiliate module wired into FluentCRM) tracks partners, referrals, visits and payouts across its own tables (fct_affiliates, fct_affiliate_referrals, fct_affiliate_payouts and similar), with status flags for pending, approved, paid and rejected referrals plus per-affiliate aggregates like total earnings and unpaid earnings. The default admin gives one screen per table, which works for individual lookups and breaks when you want a per-partner rollup beside a status mix beside a weekly trend.
SleekView Charts reads all of those tables together, exposing partner, referral and payout columns as a single queryable dataset. A Number card sums total commission paid in the chosen window. A Pie shows referral status mix (pending, approved, paid, rejected) so program managers see backlog and rejection rate at a glance. A Bar ranks affiliates by total earnings for the leaderboard and partner-tier decisions. An Area trends referrals per day so campaign launches and promo windows become visible.
Filters carry between the referral audit table and the chart view, so a pending-only or last-30-days slice narrows every card simultaneously. Status edits made in the SleekView table run through the plugin's own data layer, so downstream FluentCRM automations on referral status changes keep firing.

Comparison
Default FluentCRM Affiliate admin vs SleekView Charts
Default FluentCRM Affiliate admin
- One screen per table; cross-table rollups need exports
- No site-wide commission KPI on a single dashboard
- Status mix isn't summarised as a pie anywhere in admin
- Top-earning partners are ranked, but not joined with referral trend
- No way to share a read-only program-health snapshot externally
SleekView Charts
- KPI card for total commission paid in a chosen window
- Pie of pending/approved/paid/rejected referral mix
- Bar of top affiliates by earnings for tier and renewal decisions
- Area trend of referrals per day to measure campaign impact
- Filters carry between the referral audit table and chart cards

Program health as a dashboard
Render partners, referrals and payouts as Number, Pie, Bar and Area cards so program managers see program shape, not only one admin tab at a time.
Earnings leaderboard

Conversion cadence trend
An Area on created_at shows whether partner emails, promo windows or product launches actually shifted referral volume week over week.
Audience
Who builds FluentCRM Affiliate charts dashboards with SleekView
Program managers
Track total commission as a KPI, see backlog and rejection rate on a status pie and identify top-earning partners for tier upgrades and case studies.
Payout admins
Filter to approved-but-unpaid referrals, sum the amount column for the next cycle and bulk-mark them paid after the actual payout runs in PayPal or Stripe.
Finance and ops
Group payouts by date and partner to reconcile bookkeeping, export filtered cohorts and keep accruals aligned with the FluentCRM Affiliate source of truth.
The bigger picture
Why affiliate data deserves a dashboard, not a stack of admin tabs
FluentCRM Affiliate captures the full partner lifecycle: who referred whom, which referrals converted, which got paid and which got rejected. The default admin shows each piece on its own screen, which works for individual lookups and breaks for almost every decision a program manager makes at the cohort level. A commission-paid KPI anchors monthly partner reports, a status pie surfaces backlog and rejection rate before they become disputes, a top-earners bar drives tier and renewal decisions and an Area on created_at shows whether campaigns and promos actually moved conversions.
Same FluentCRM Affiliate tables, same status flags, completely different decision posture. The charts render the data the plugin already maintains as a dashboard, which is the difference between running the program off exports and running it off the live source of truth.
