SleekView Charts for YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice
YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice stores invoice numbers, dates, totals, and credit notes against every order. SleekView Charts turns that document log into Number, Pie, Bar, and Area cards for finance and bookkeeping.

From per-order PDFs to an invoice dashboard
YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice attaches invoice and shipping list documents to every WooCommerce order. The plugin writes the invoice number, invoice date, document totals, tax breakdown, and any credit-note reference into postmeta on the shop_order post: _invoice_number, _invoice_formatted_number, _invoice_date, and the related credit-note keys.
The default admin shows a Download Invoice button on each order. There is no aggregate view of invoiced totals per month, no chart of tax by rate, and no count of credit notes versus regular invoices.
SleekView Charts reads the YITH document meta directly and aggregates it into chart cards. Invoiced totals roll up by month, tax breaks down by rate, credit notes show as a share of the document mix, and the underlying rows stay one click away in the SleekView orders table.

Comparison
Default YITH PDF Invoice admin vs SleekView Charts
Default WooCommerce orders screen with YITH invoice buttons
- Per-order Download Invoice button, no aggregate view of issued documents.
- Credit notes appear as separate buttons, never as a share of the document mix.
- Tax breakdown lives inside each PDF, not in any roll-up.
- Invoiced total per month requires CSV export and a spreadsheet.
- No time-series chart for invoice issuance pace.
SleekView Charts
- Reads _invoice_number, _invoice_date, _invoice_total, and credit-note meta directly.
- Group by document type, tax rate, currency, or invoice month.
- Aggregate with sum, average, and count across thousands of orders.
- Saved views for finance, bookkeeping, and store management.
- Click through any card to the underlying SleekView orders table.
Features
What SleekView Charts gives you for YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List
Document log as a dashboard
Counts and totals from the invoice and credit-note meta, rolled up by month, by rate, by document type. Finance has the read surface YITH never built.
Tax broken down by rate
Stacked bar by tax_rate sums tax_total per code. The VAT-return rows fall out of one chart card instead of a multi-sheet export.
Invoicing pace over time
Area card on invoice date and invoice total shows the curve finance and ops both want, without leaving WP Admin.
Audience
Who builds YITH PDF Invoice charts dashboards with SleekView
Finance and bookkeeping
Invoiced total by month, tax by rate, and credit-note share in one view. Cross-checked against the Woo sales report at month end.
Store managers
Number card on documents issued and Pie on credit-note share. Refund pressure shows up before it lands as a chargeback.
Tax compliance
Saved view filtered to a tax period with rate-by-rate totals. Drops straight into the VAT return.
The bigger picture
Why invoice data needs a roll-up, not just a download button
YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice produces every document a small store needs for compliance: numbered invoices, proforma documents, credit notes, shipping lists. The admin treats each one as a single download. SleekView Charts reads the same meta the plugin writes and aggregates it into chart cards.
Finance gets monthly totals, tax by rate, and credit-note share in one view. The plugin still owns document generation; the dashboard turns the document log into something a finance team can run a close against.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView Charts for YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List
No. YITH still owns document generation. SleekView reads the meta YITH writes and charts it.
Yes. The document_type column lives in the meta and is available as a groupBy on any chart card.
Invoiced total may diverge from Woo sales when manual invoices or refunds change the document set. Charts surface both numbers so the variance is visible.
Yes. Currency is a filter on the dashboard. Build per-currency saved views for finance review.
Yes. Every card clicks through to the SleekView orders table with the same filter applied, and that table exports as CSV.
Yes. SleekView reads wp_wc_orders and wp_wc_orders_meta when High-Performance Order Storage is enabled.
If YITH writes the validation result to postmeta on the order, that key becomes a chartable column the same way as invoice number or tax rate.
Aggregations compute in SQL with index-friendly WHERE clauses on meta_key and post_date. Charts render fast even on long invoice histories.
