SleekView for Acuity Scheduling WP: appointments & client history as tables
Acuity Scheduling WP embeds the Acuity scheduler and mirrors appointments into a local cache. SleekView pivots that mirror into proper columns so daily ops, per-calendar schedules, and client history live in WP Admin.

Acuity appointments as a WordPress-native table
Acuity Scheduling WP embeds the Acuity scheduling widget and (in mirror-enabled builds) keeps appointments as a custom post type backed by wp_postmeta. Connection settings live in wp_options. The default admin centres on the widget and a brief upcoming list; deeper ops and reporting live in the Acuity SaaS, now part of Squarespace.
SleekView reads the mirrored appointments and pivots calendar (provider/room), appointment type, client email, scheduled time, and status into named columns. One filter spans date range, calendar, appointment type, and status. Sorting follows appointment time rather than post date, so the morning's first booking lands at the top of the daily view.
Status edits and cancellations route through Acuity's API where supported, so customer notifications and connected-calendar updates fire as usual. Internal notes and ops tags stay in wp_postmeta with direct writes and conflict detection.

The bigger picture
Why Acuity teams want a WordPress-native ops grid
Acuity Scheduling is a workhorse for solo providers and small clinics, and many of those operators run their site on WordPress. The plugin gives them the embed and the upcoming list; everything else lives in the Acuity (Squarespace) SaaS. For teams whose marketing, blog, and CRM context are in WordPress, that split forces every booking review into a separate tab.
The mirrored appointment data carries everything ops needs: calendar, appointment type, client, status, and time. SleekView pivots wp_postmeta into named columns and combines filters for calendar, type, and status in a single saved view. API write-back keeps Acuity authoritative for what it owns.
Internal notes stay in WordPress. The outcome is one workspace where the morning's bookings, the right provider, and the relevant client context are all on the same row.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Acuity Scheduling WP
Yes. Custom-form responses stored on the appointment record (typically as serialized postmeta) become individual columns in SleekView, so intake answers are visible in the roster.
Yes when SleekView writes through the Acuity API. Cancellations, reschedules, and status changes propagate, and client notifications fire from Acuity itself.
Appointment type is a column and a filter, so per-type pipelines (coaching vs intake vs follow-up) become saved views with one click each.
Yes. Calendar (provider or room) is a column and a filter. Each provider's saved view shows only their calendar; ops keeps a multi-calendar daily view.
Yes. Add a postmeta column for internal notes; values stay local. Useful for provider handover notes or ops tags Acuity does not expose.
When Acuity stores package/gift-certificate redemption data on the appointment record, SleekView surfaces it as a column. Filter to package-redemption appointments for monthly balance audits.
Yes. Save a view filtered on the calendar column matching the logged-in user, and gate by capability. Each provider lands on their own schedule.
Yes. Any view exports to CSV with visible columns intact, so finance can pull a month's appointments without coordinating a custom Acuity export.
