Comet Cache writes the cache, the table reads every entry
Comet Cache writes static cache files to wp-content/cache/comet-cache/cache/ per host and per URL, with an expiration window driven by comet_cache_options. The default admin shows a Stats tab with total cached files and a Clear Cache button, plus a long set of options across the configuration tabs. There is no per-URL list, no breakdown of expiration state and no audit of which URLs were just cleared.
SleekView reads the cache directory and the option row and renders every cached file as a row in a real table view. URL, expiration bucket, size, age and resolved post type become first-class columns with sort, filter and inline action. The same screen that supports an audit also supports inline clears through the plugin's own functions.
Comet Cache continues to write, serve and clear cache files exactly as before. SleekView is read-only against the cache directory, so the front-end serving path through the advanced-cache.php drop-in is unaffected.

Audience
Who uses SleekView for Comet Cache
Performance engineers
Sort cached URLs by size to spot oversized templates, then filter to near-expiry rows to plan a preload run.
Agency support
Maintain a saved table per client site with cached-URL counts and clear activity so support sees cache state at a glance.
Site owners after a release
Confirm the cache refilled by scoping the table to recently cleared or refreshed rows.
The bigger picture
Expiration windows behave better when you can read them
Comet Cache is a no-frills disk cache that does the basics well: write static files per URL, expire them on a configured schedule, clear them on a button click or hook. The trade-off is that the Stats tab can only tell the operator how many files exist right now, not which ones are about to expire or which were just cleared. SleekView reads the same comet-cache directory and the comet_cache_options option and renders every cached URL as a row with expiration state, size, age and clear time.
The plugin keeps caching and clearing exactly as before; SleekView gives the team a shared screen to read the result, scoped per role and embeddable on the frontend.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Comet Cache
No. Comet Cache still owns cache writes, expirations and clears. SleekView is a flexible reading layer on the same cache directory for audit tables the plugin's tabbed admin does not provide.

No. SleekView reads file metadata on the admin side only. The cache serving path through the advanced-cache.php drop-in continues exactly as before.
Yes. SleekView exposes Comet Cache's clear function as a row action where useful. The call goes through the plugin's own functions so the cache directory and option stay consistent.
Yes. Each column is a saved query against the SleekView data source, so a table can mix the cache directory and the wp_posts table for post-type resolution.
Yes. Saved views support role-based visibility so engineers and stakeholders each see only the slice the admin allows.
Yes. Any saved view can be embedded on a frontend page with role-based access, so stakeholders read cache health without WordPress admin.
