Cookie Notice by dFactory is the long-running free cookie banner plugin used on hundreds of thousands of WordPress sites. It stores its full configuration in a single wp_options row: cookie_notice_options. That row carries the banner enabled flag, the position, the accept and refuse labels, the redirect target, the compliance-mode toggle and the option_updated timestamp.

SleekView reads that row across one site or every site in a multisite. Each grid row carries the site, the banner enabled flag, the position, the accept label, the compliance-mode toggle and the last-updated timestamp. Sort by last-updated to see recent activity. Filter to accept_text NOT in ('Accept', 'Accept all') to find off-brand variants. Scope to position = inline to find UX inconsistency across the network.

The plugin still owns banner rendering and the compliance-mode integration. SleekView is the reading surface on cookie_notice_options, gated by WP capability and kept in sync with any chart cards built on the same dataset.

The plugin's own settings screen is per-site, which is exactly how it should be for the configuration flow. The questions agencies and multisite admins ask are fleet-wide: is the banner actually on everywhere, is the accept label consistent, is the position the same across the network, was the compliance-mode rollout completed.

SleekView leaves rendering and integration entirely with Cookie Notice and lays a working grid over cookie_notice_options across every site. Same plugin, same option row, much better governance surface.
