Settings are global, configured under Settings > Media, and there is no gallery custom post type to inspect. The natural data layer is post_content itself.

Easy FancyBox is intentionally minimal: a settings page configures which link types get lightboxed, and the rest happens automatically across every post and page. The trade-off is that there is no admin view of where the lightbox actually triggers. Editorial teams managing thousands of posts cannot answer questions like which media types dominate, which images are missing alt text, or which old posts hold the most FancyBox-eligible content.
