SleekView for Envira Gallery Lite
SleekView reads the envira CPT and the postmeta Lite writes on every save, then renders the gallery list as a sortable, filterable table with image count, lightbox theme, and category as real columns instead of buried meta.

Envira Lite saves galleries fast. The portfolio list needs more than titles.
Envira Gallery Lite stores every gallery as the envira custom post type with image data, captions, lightbox theme, and basic configuration written to postmeta on save. Lite and Pro share the same data model for the parts Lite supports, so the meta keys for image count, theme, and configuration are present from the first gallery.
The default admin lists galleries with standard WordPress columns (title, author, date) and nothing about image count or theme. SleekView reads the envira CPT and the postmeta directly so the gallery table carries image count, lightbox theme, and category alongside title and author. Sort by image count to find the heaviest sets, filter to a specific theme to audit consistency, or pull every gallery in a category for a per-section review.
Inline edits run through standard WordPress CRUD, so post-save hooks still fire and any Envira-side behaviour (shortcode regeneration, Pro addon meta) stays consistent as soon as those addons are active.

Gallery meta as real columns
Surface image count, lightbox theme, and category alongside title and author. Portfolio reviews move from per-gallery clicks to a sortable column set.

Watermarking, Proofing, and Album meta surface as additional columns the day a Pro upgrade is installed, no rebuild required.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for Envira Lite
Hobby photographers
Sort galleries by image count to find sets that need pagination, with the theme column flagging inconsistencies across the portfolio.
Content sites
Filter by category to audit a single section of the site, with the date column confirming publishing cadence is on track on Lite.
Educators and clubs
Group galleries by author to see which contributor uploaded what, useful for community sites and class portfolios without paying for Pro reporting that does not exist.
The bigger picture
Why Envira Lite galleries need a real table view
Envira Lite stores the same image count and theme metadata as Pro for the parts Lite supports, and that is enough to answer most portfolio shape questions. The trade-off is that Lite's admin gives you a list of galleries with default WP columns and nothing in between, so image count and theme stay buried in postmeta. SleekView reads the envira CPT exactly the same way on Lite as on Pro and turns the meta into columns a team can sort and filter.
Photographers see portfolio shape in seconds, content sites filter by section, educators audit consistency across community galleries. Same data, same plugin, very different review posture.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Envira Gallery Lite
Any meta key Envira Lite actually writes. Image count, lightbox theme, and gallery configuration are present from the first save. Pro addon keys (watermarking, proofing, album) appear automatically when those addons are installed.
No. The Lite-supported columns work on the free version because the envira CPT and the core postmeta keys are present on Lite. Pro adds more chartable and filterable meta when installed, but the core table is not behind a paywall.
Yes. Select rows, pick a new category, and SleekView writes through standard term assignment so any Envira hook listening for taxonomy changes runs normally.
Yes. The lightbox theme column is filterable and sortable. Useful for confirming a portfolio uses the same theme across galleries before a redesign.
Yes. Each saved view captures column set, filters, and sort order. Gate it by WordPress capability so contributors see only their galleries and editors see the full portfolio.
Yes. Any filtered set exports as CSV with the same columns the view shows. Useful for redesign briefs or for archiving a snapshot before a portfolio cleanup.
Yes. Envira assigns galleries to standard WordPress categories, and SleekView surfaces that taxonomy as a filterable column alongside the Envira postmeta.
No. Envira Lite continues to render lightboxes and own the gallery save path. SleekView is an additional admin surface that reads the envira CPT and lays it out as a real review table.
