SleekView for FluentCRM Pro Add-ons: SMS, deep data and advanced reports as tables

FluentCRM Pro adds SMS sends, deep data joins to WooCommerce and LMS plugins, and richer reporting on top of wp_fc_subscribers. SleekView reads those Pro additions so marketers get one filterable table per data source.

SleekView table view for FluentCRM Pro Add-ons

Pro features deserve a working table

FluentCRM Pro extends the core wp_fc_subscribers schema with SMS send logs, deep-data joins for WooCommerce orders and LearnDash or LifterLMS enrolments, plus a richer advanced reports view. Each Pro feature surfaces its own admin screen, which is appropriate for setup and one-off lookups. The limitation is shared with the core experience: each screen has a fixed column set and per-row drill-in is the only way to combine context across sources.

SleekView reads the Pro tables and the joined commerce or LMS data directly. SMS send logs join wp_fc_subscribers for contact email and status, deep-data views join wp_woocommerce_orders or wp_learndash_user_activity against subscriber id, and advanced report aggregates sit on top of the same tables with grouped totals. The result is a Pro workspace where every column is sortable, every status is filterable and the cross-source view exists in one place.

Writes go through FluentCRM Pro's own integration hooks where supported, so SMS cancellations, status changes and re-syncs trigger the same actions FluentCRM Pro fires from its own UI. The Pro tables stay the source of truth; SleekView is the table layer on top.

Workflow

Pro features without per-screen drilling

1

Connect Pro and source tables

Point SleekView at wp_fc_subscribers with Pro joins to wp_woocommerce_orders and LMS activity. The agent samples Pro columns and offers ready joins for SMS logs and meta JSON keys.
2

Compose Pro columns

Add SMS opt-in, Woo total spend and last course activity as columns. Save a default view for marketing and a deliverability view for ops. Per-role scoping is built in.
3

Pivot JSON meta

Map JSON keys from wp_fc_meta into typed columns. Pro custom fields filter and sort like native fields once mapped.
4

Edit through Pro hooks

Inline-edit tags, SMS opt-in and lists. Writes route through FluentCRM Pro functions so logs, funnels and provider sync remain consistent with what the default Pro UI would write.

Comparison

Default FluentCRM Pro admin vs SleekView

Default FluentCRM Pro admin

  • SMS send logs live on a dedicated Pro screen with no cross-filter against Woo spend
  • Deep-data joins to wp_woocommerce_orders appear per-subscriber, not as a sortable column
  • Advanced reports are dashboard charts, not a filterable underlying table
  • Custom Pro fields stored as JSON in wp_fc_meta are not exposed as sortable columns
  • Bulk SMS opt-out cleanup across a filtered cohort needs CSV export plus re-import

SleekView

  • Read directly from Pro deep-data joins to wp_woocommerce_orders and wp_learndash_user_activity
  • Pivot Pro JSON meta from wp_fc_meta into typed columns
  • Filter on SMS opt-in, Woo spend, last course activity and tags in one saved view
  • Inline-edit SMS opt-in and tags via FluentCRM Pro hooks across many subscribers at once
  • Switch between SMS logs, advanced reports and subscriber views in tabbed SleekView pages

Features

What SleekView gives you for FluentCRM Pro Add-ons

SMS send logs as a real table

FluentCRM Pro SMS sends become a sortable view with status, contact email and provider response columns. Filter by error code or carrier to debug deliverability across a campaign without leaving the table.

Deep-data WooCommerce columns

Join wp_woocommerce_orders against subscriber id for total spend, last order date and product mix as columns. Segment lifecycle emails by real commerce signals from one filterable view.

Advanced reports as a filterable table

Group sends, opens and clicks by funnel or campaign with the same Pro aggregates the dashboard charts use. Drill from a row into the underlying wp_fc_subscribers rows behind that aggregate.

Audience

Who uses SleekView for FluentCRM Pro Add-ons

Lifecycle marketers

Build a Woo-spend plus SMS opt-in plus last-course-activity view to segment lapsed VIP buyers who still accept SMS. Inline-edit tags to enroll them in a recovery funnel from the same table.

Marketing analysts

Filter the advanced reports table by funnel and date range, then drill into the underlying subscriber rows behind each row. Replaces dashboard click-through with a working table.

Compliance and ops

Filter SMS send logs by error code and provider response to surface deliverability problems. Bulk-update opt-in status from a filtered view through FluentCRM Pro hooks.

The bigger picture

Why Pro data needs a Pro table

FluentCRM Pro layers SMS, deep data and advanced reporting on top of the core subscriber tables, and that layering is what makes it competitive with hosted email-plus-SMS suites. The cost of the layering is that each Pro feature gets its own admin screen, which is appropriate for configuration and per-record investigation but limited for cross-feature operations. Marketers regularly ask questions like "which lapsed VIP buyers still accept SMS" or "which funnel cohorts show falling open rates this quarter", and the answers live in joined data that the default screens do not combine.

SleekView reads the same Pro tables and the same joined commerce or LMS data, and renders it as one filterable working table per use case. Writes route through FluentCRM Pro's own hooks so consent, sync and audit stay correct. Compliance teams get a single filtered view for GDPR exports.

Analysts get drill-through from advanced report aggregates into the subscriber rows behind them. Lifecycle marketers get the segmentation they ask for, without exporting CSVs. The Pro tables were always built for this kind of query.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView for FluentCRM Pro Add-ons

Pro deep-data registers virtual columns on wp_fc_subscribers sourced from wp_woocommerce_orders and LMS activity tables. SleekView resolves them with proper joins so they sort and filter like native columns.

Yes. The Pro SMS log table joins on subscriber id, so you can either build a dedicated send-log view or surface last SMS status as a column on the subscriber view. Both share the same source rows.

Yes. SMS opt-in changes, tag updates and list moves call FluentCRM Pro's functions so the audit trail in wp_fc_meta and any connected funnels stay in sync.

SleekView runs the same grouped query the Pro reports dashboard uses (sends, opens, clicks per funnel or campaign) but renders the result as a filterable table. Drilling a row pivots to the underlying wp_fc_subscribers rows behind that aggregate.

Pro custom fields land in wp_fc_meta. SleekView decodes the JSON keys you map and renders them as typed columns. Filter on plan tier, NPS score or any other field as if it were a top-level column.

Yes. SleekView paginates server-side and uses indexes on the Pro log tables. Hundreds of thousands of SMS send rows with provider-response filters render fast because no postmeta scan is involved.

Yes. The Pro views read the same wp_fc_subscribers rows that automations enrol, so a subscriber's funnel state and SMS opt-in can sit on the same row. Cancel an SMS-heavy funnel inline if a contact opts out.

Yes. A single filtered SleekView covers wp_fc_subscribers, wp_fc_meta, SMS logs and Pro deep-data for one contact. Export the row set as CSV or JSON for a complete data subject access request response.
