SleekView for FluentCRM Pro
FluentCRM Pro ships clean custom tables (fc_subscribers, fc_subscriber_pivot, fc_campaigns, fc_funnels, fc_funnel_subscribers). SleekView reads them directly so list ops, lifecycle and email teams each get a sortable, filterable, inline-editable view over the slice they actually run.

Stop opening one subscriber at a time
FluentCRM Pro stores subscribers in fc_subscribers, list and tag relationships in fc_subscriber_pivot, broadcasts in fc_campaigns and automation enrolments in fc_funnel_subscribers. The default contacts screen renders fc_subscribers as a paginated list with a fixed column set: name, email, status, lists, tags, date. Useful for finding one subscriber, limited the moment a list manager needs status, list mix, source and last-activity together in one workspace.
SleekView reads fc_subscribers directly and joins fc_subscriber_pivot for tag and list columns. A subscriber view shows status, source, list count, tag list and last engagement timestamp in the same row, sortable by any of them and filterable in combinations the default screen does not surface. Funnel enrolments from fc_funnel_subscribers land as a separate view, so lifecycle ops sees the same contact base from a journey angle without leaving the list.
Inline edits route through FluentCRM's CRUD layer where supported, so add-tag, change-list and status-update operations fire the same hooks the contacts screen does. Bulk-retagging across a saved filtered view runs through the same audit and automation triggers as a per-contact edit, in seconds rather than per-row clicks.

Comparison
Default FluentCRM Pro admin vs SleekView
Default FluentCRM Pro admin
- Contacts screen renders a fixed column set with limited custom-field surfacing
- Filtering by status, list and tag together requires re-clicking each filter facet
- Funnel enrolments live behind a separate funnel screen, not joined to the contact list
- Bulk actions are present but per-row edits still require opening each subscriber
- No saved per-role views with column sets scoped to a job (list ops vs lifecycle ops)
SleekView
- Read directly from fc_subscribers and join fc_subscriber_pivot for list and tag columns
- Pivot fc_subscriber_meta keys into typed columns alongside core fields
- Inline-edit status, list, tag and owner across many contacts in one pass
- Save filtered views per role ("Lapsed VIPs", "Pro list, status pending")
- Switch between subscriber, campaign and funnel-enrolment views in one tabbed page
Features
What SleekView gives you for FluentCRM Pro
Subscribers with real CRM columns
Combine fc_subscribers fields with list and tag joins from fc_subscriber_pivot plus aggregated send and open counts. Replaces several FluentCRM screens with one filterable workspace.
Inline-edit status and tags
Flip subscribed to unsubscribed or bulk-add a tag right in the row. Edits route through FluentCRM CRUD so automation triggers and the audit trail fire as if a human used the contacts screen.
Compose precise filters
Combine status, list, tag, source and last-activity into one saved filter set. A view like "Pro list, status subscribed, no opens in 30 days" runs as one query against fc_subscribers.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for FluentCRM Pro
List managers
Track list growth, status mix and tag drift across the contact base. Bulk-clean bounced or unconfirmed cohorts straight from the row without opening individual subscribers.
Email marketers
Pull a campaign-specific cohort by joining fc_campaign_emails to fc_subscribers, then retag opens or clickers in one bulk action for a follow-up broadcast.
Lifecycle ops
Filter fc_funnel_subscribers by funnel_id and status to surface stalled enrolments. Inline-edit step or move contacts off a funnel that no longer fits without opening each profile.
The bigger picture
Why FluentCRM Pro deserves a row-level workspace
FluentCRM Pro is one of the most data-rich WordPress CRMs available, but the default admin treats every subscriber as a destination, not a row. A list manager who wants to clean bounced contacts on the Pro list runs three separate filters, then drills into each subscriber to confirm context before bulk-actioning. A lifecycle ops lead who wants to find every contact stuck on step 3 of an automation has to open the funnel report, identify the cohort, then go back to the contacts screen to retag them.
The data sits in fc_subscribers, fc_subscriber_pivot and fc_funnel_subscribers, well indexed, queryable, and ready for a column-rich view. SleekView surfaces it as one. List ops, lifecycle ops and email marketing each get a saved view scoped to their job, with inline edits routing through FluentCRM CRUD so automations, logs and triggers behave the same as if the contacts screen had been used.
Same database, same hooks, dramatically less per-subscriber clicking.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for FluentCRM Pro
Yes. FluentCRM stores its data in custom tables (fc_subscribers, fc_subscriber_pivot, fc_lists, fc_tags, fc_campaigns, fc_funnels, fc_funnel_subscribers and a handful of supporting tables). SleekView queries them directly, joining fc_subscriber_pivot for list and tag columns and fc_subscriber_meta for typed custom fields.
Yes. Custom fields are stored in fc_subscriber_meta. SleekView pivots them into typed columns so date, currency and select fields render natively. The agent samples meta keys present in your install so column setup picks from a real list instead of guesswork.
Yes. SleekView writes through FluentCRM's CRUD layer where supported, so adding a tag fires the corresponding fc_funnels automation trigger, changing status updates the contact log, and list membership changes propagate through fc_subscriber_pivot the same way the contacts screen handles them.
Yes. Subscriber, list, tag and campaign views work identically on both free and Pro because the same fc_subscribers, fc_lists and fc_campaigns tables back both versions. Funnel-enrolment views depend on fc_funnels and fc_funnel_subscribers which FluentCRM Pro populates, so the automation angle needs the Pro license.
Yes. Join fc_campaign_emails to fc_subscribers on subscriber_id and filter by campaign_id and event_type (opened, clicked, unsubscribed). The resulting view lists every contact who opened a specific broadcast, with the standard subscriber columns alongside the engagement context.
Yes. FluentCRM Pro indexes fc_subscribers on email, status, type and timestamp columns the automation engine queries during sends. SleekView reuses those indexes for filters and sorts, and pagination is keyset where the table allows it. Large bases render and filter in well under a second.
Yes. SleekView supports multi-axis joins, so a subscriber view can show comma-separated tag and list columns from fc_subscriber_pivot with each one independently filterable. "Pro list and VIP tag and status subscribed" is one saved view, not three nested filter clicks.
No. The default FluentCRM admin stays where it is for marketers who like its inbox-style UI. SleekView adds a row-level admin surface for the operations that work better as a sortable, filterable, inline-editable table. The two coexist on the same fc_subscribers tables without conflict.
