Forminator stores quiz submissions in the same forminator_form_entry and forminator_form_entry_meta tables it uses for forms and polls, with the form_id pointing at the quiz definition and the meta keys carrying the result, the answer choices and any captured email.
SleekView reads the same tables filtered to the quiz module. Respondent name, email, quiz title, result label and submitted date sit as real columns. Filter to one quiz across a date window, to submissions with a captured email, or to one respondent's whole history, all without leaving the table.
Inline edits route through Forminator hooks where supported, so listeners on save still fire and integrations stay consistent. The table is the operating surface a marketing or training team actually needs.
