SleekView table view for Frase Pro

Frase Pro briefs the article. WordPress holds the trail.

Frase Pro builds an SEO research brief, sometimes drafts the article, and writes the result back into WordPress as a post. The vendor owns the SERP research. WordPress owns the artifact: a row in wp_posts with title, status, author and date plus wp_postmeta keys describing the brief id, target query and topic score.

The default Posts screen shows the basic columns and leaves the brief id, query and score buried in wp_postmeta. SleekView reads the same wp_posts rows and the same meta directly. Topic score becomes a numeric column. Target query and brief id become filterable columns. Sort by topic score, filter to drafts on a single query cluster, or pull every article tied to a brief id.

Inline edits route through wp_update_post and update_post_meta, so post-save hooks still fire and the Frase Pro integration's meta stays consistent on update.

Workflow

How SleekView reads Frase Pro data

1

Pick the post type

Choose the post type Frase Pro writes into. SleekView lists every wp_posts column plus the topic score, query and brief id keys it finds in wp_postmeta.
2

Compose the column set

Add title, status, author and date alongside topic score, query and brief id. Hide what you do not need so the table matches a real SEO workflow.
3

Save and scope the view

Name it ("Score above 75", "Mesh wifi cluster") and gate by WordPress capability so SEO, editorial and governance each see only their slice.
4

Edit inline or export

Bulk-flip status, switch authors or fix category in the row. Edits route through wp_update_post, or export the filtered set to CSV.

Sample columns

A typical Frase Pro articles table

SleekView joins wp_posts with Frase Pro's postmeta keys so topic score and brief id sit as real columns next to status and author.

Comparison

Default Frase Pro admin vs SleekView

Default Frase Pro admin

  • Topic score lives in wp_postmeta, invisible on the Posts list
  • Brief id and target query stay buried in meta until each post is opened
  • No way to sort the draft queue by topic score descending
  • Bulk actions are limited to standard WordPress operations
  • No saved per-role view for SEO, editorial or governance

SleekView

  • Topic score, target query and brief id as sortable, filterable columns
  • Inline-edit status, author and category across many rows in one pass
  • Save filtered views per role ("Score above 75", "Brief cluster")
  • Switch between table and kanban of the same Frase Pro queue

Features

What SleekView gives you for Frase Pro

Topic score as a real column

Surface Frase Pro's topic score from wp_postmeta as a numeric column. Sort descending to see the best-scoring drafts at the top of the queue.

Query and brief id as columns

Expose the target query and brief id each article was generated for. Filter to a single brief or sort by query to spot duplicate work.

Inline edits through CRUD

Bulk-flip status, switch authors or fix category in the row. Edits route through wp_update_post so post-save hooks still fire for Yoast and analytics.

Audience

Who uses SleekView for Frase Pro

SEO teams

Sort the table by topic score, filter to a query cluster, and bulk-schedule the top-scoring drafts. Score and query both sit in the row.

Editorial leads

Filter to drafts above a score threshold and bulk-promote what passes review. Brief id and query sit in the row, so triage runs without opening each post.

Governance

Filter to AI-stamped articles with low scores that have lingered in pending. The audit becomes a row count instead of a click-through across the Posts screen.

The bigger picture

Why Frase Pro output needs a research-aware table

Frase Pro lives at the seam between SEO research and content production, two teams that rarely share the same operating surface. The default Posts screen flattens that into one list of titles. SleekView reads the same wp_posts rows and the same wp_postmeta keys and exposes topic score, target query and brief id as real columns.

SEO can sort by score and triage the top drafts first. Editorial can promote drafts in a saved view scoped to their cluster. Governance can audit low-scoring drafts before they slip past pending into published.

The integration's writes are untouched and the audit view simply makes the meta first-class. The result is shorter SEO review cycles and fewer briefs that never made it past draft despite a good score.
