SleekView for Houzez Theme
SleekView reads the Houzez property CPT, its property_status and property_type taxonomies and the fave_property_price, fave_property_bedrooms and fave_agents meta the theme writes, then renders the whole agency as a column-perfect table you can sort, filter and edit inline.

Houzez ships a polished front-end and a paginated back-end
Houzez stores every property as a post in the property CPT with structured taxonomies for property_type, property_status and property_city and namespaced meta for price, beds, baths, square footage and assigned agent. The data model is clean. The admin still shows the same paginated row list WordPress ships by default, with a few filter dropdowns the theme adds on top.
SleekView reads the same posts and meta and renders them as a real table view. Price, status, type, city and agent become first-class columns with sort, filter and inline edit. A broker can pull every For Sale property under a million in one query. An agent can scope to their own listings, sorted by modified date. An office admin can compare price bands across types and cities without exporting to a spreadsheet.
Houzez keeps owning the front-end search, the property pages and the agent profiles. The table view owns the audit surface, so price drift, capacity gaps and stale listings stop hiding inside per-property edit screens.

Comparison
Default Houzez admin vs SleekView
Default property admin
- Property screen lists rows with no price, beds or agent column by default
-
Price range filter on
fave_property_priceis not native to the post list -
Per-agent inventory needs a manual filter on
fave_agents, agent by agent - Status, type and city cannot be combined as stacked filters in one query
- Bulk edit covers post fields only, never the fave_ prefixed feature meta
SleekView
- fave_property_price, beds, baths and agent rendered as real columns
- Filter to one agent, one type and a price range in one query
- Inline edit on status, price and agent without opening the property
- Saved views per role: broker audit, agent cockpit, admin overview
- Same dataset the chart view reads, so table and dashboard stay in sync
Features
What SleekView gives you for Houzez Theme
Houzez meta as real columns
fave_property_price, fave_property_bedrooms, fave_property_bathrooms and fave_agents become first-class columns instead of fields hidden behind each property edit screen.
Composable filters across the agency
Stack filters on agent, status, type and city to pull a per-agent For Sale list, a rentals-only audit or a price-reduction queue in one query.
Inline edits route through WordPress
Change status, price or assigned agent inline. The update goes through the standard post API so Houzez and any CRM module fire their hooks as expected.

The bigger picture
Why Houzez agencies still rebuild reports in Excel
Houzez sells because it nails the buyer-facing side: clean property pages, a fast search, agent profiles that convert. The back office is a different problem. Brokers report on inventory weekly, agents review their own listings daily, and managers compare price bands every month.
None of those reviews fit the default WordPress post list, even with the theme's filter dropdowns. The result, in most agencies, is a weekly export to Excel that drifts from reality the moment a listing changes status. SleekView reads the same property posts and fave_ prefixed meta and renders them as a sortable, filterable, inline-editable table.
Houzez keeps its front-end, the property meta keeps writing as the theme expects, and the office finally has the audit surface it was trying to recreate.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Houzez Theme
Directly from the Houzez property CPT, its property_type, property_status and property_city taxonomies and the fave_property_price, fave_property_bedrooms, fave_property_bathrooms, fave_property_size and fave_agents postmeta the theme writes. No add-on is required.
Yes. fave_property_price becomes a sortable numeric column with a range filter, so a broker can pull every For Sale apartment between five hundred thousand and a million in one query.
Yes. The fave_agents meta surfaces as a column and a filter, so a per-agent saved view scopes the table to one agent and any view can group by agent for a capacity scan.
Inline edits route through the standard WordPress update path, the same one Houzez and its CRM module listen to. The change fires the same actions and filters as the property edit screen.

Yes. Add an original-price meta column alongside fave_property_price and a delta column shows the change. A filter on the delta surfaces every property with a recent reduction.
Queries hit indexed columns on wp_posts and the indexed meta_key column on wp_postmeta. Filters compose into a single SQL query, so agencies with thousands of listings render fast.
Yes. Any filtered view can be exported to CSV, so a per-agent listing set or a rentals-only audit can land in a project tool in one step.
No. Houzez still owns the front-end search, the property pages, the agent profiles and the submission widgets. SleekView adds an audit table on top of the meta the theme already writes.
