SleekView table view for Icegram Collect

Icegram Collect captures every lead. The cross-form table is what's missing.

Icegram Collect (formerly Rainmaker) captures form submissions through embedded forms, popup forms wired to Icegram Engage and inline shortcodes. Every submission lands in the Icegram Collect submissions table with form ID, source URL, captured fields and timestamp. Form definitions live as a custom post type with field configuration and ESP integration meta.

The default plugin admin presents one form's submissions per screen with a basic CSV export. There is no cross-form list, no audit table that shows every submission across every form with status, source page and timestamp side by side, no inline status edit for a stuck row.

SleekView reads the submissions table directly and joins the form CPT for legible form names. Email, form, source page, status and timestamp sit as real columns. Sort by timestamp to find recent leads, filter to one form for an audit pass, bulk-resync a cohort to the ESP without leaving the table.

Workflow

How SleekView reads Icegram Collect data

1

Pick the submissions table

Point SleekView at the Icegram Collect submissions table. Every column (form_id, source_url, captured email, created_at) shows up as a sortable, filterable field.
2

Join the form CPT

Form definitions live as a custom post type with field configuration and ESP integration meta. SleekView joins each submission row to its form by ID for legible groupings instead of numeric form references.
3

Save and scope the view

Name it ("Recent leads", "Lead capture audit", "Per-form review") and gate it by WordPress capability so growth, content marketing and ops each see the slice they own.
4

Edit inline or export

Bulk-resync a cohort to the ESP, flip a stuck row's status or export the filtered set to CSV. Edits run through CRUD so any Icegram Collect hooks on update still fire.

Sample columns

A typical Icegram Collect submissions table

SleekView joins the submissions table with the form CPT so form name sits next to email, source URL and status as real columns.

Comparison

Default Icegram Collect admin vs SleekView

Default Icegram Collect screens

  • Submissions are listed per-form on separate screens
  • No cross-form audit table for the full lead capture footprint
  • Source URL is visible per row but not as a sortable column
  • Bulk actions on submissions are limited to delete and CSV export
  • No saved per-role view for growth, ops or content

SleekView

  • Read directly from the submissions table joined with the form CPT
  • Form name and source URL as sortable, filterable columns
  • Inline-edit submission status across many rows in one pass
  • Save filtered views ("Pending leads", "This week's signups")
  • Same workspace surfaces popup-driven and inline submissions side by side

Features

What SleekView gives you for Icegram Collect

Submissions as real columns

Surface form name, source URL, status and ESP sync state alongside email and timestamp. The capture log moves from per-form screens into a single sortable table.

Filter to one form

Filter to a single form_id and the table lists every captured row scoped to that form with full row-level detail. The per-form audit is a saved view.

Inline-edit and resync

Bulk-resync a cohort to the ESP after a sync failure or flip a stuck pending row. Standard Icegram Collect update hooks fire on save.

Audience

Who uses SleekView for Icegram Collect

Growth marketers

Audit every captured lead across every form in one table. Spot a form producing bounces and a landing page quietly carrying signups before the monthly recap.

Content marketers

Sort by source URL to see which blog posts produce the bulk of submissions. The chart-ready table is the editorial brief for the next content cluster.

Agencies

Hand a client a single submissions audit on day one. The table replaces a per-form walkthrough on every kickoff call.

The bigger picture

Why Icegram Collect needs a real submissions table

Icegram Collect stores every submission with the metadata that matters: form, source URL, captured fields and timestamp. The plugin's per-form screens are honest but narrow, which leaves the strategic question harder than the data should make it. Which page is producing real submissions across every form is one SQL query and zero exports, but the default admin doesn't render it as a list.

SleekView turns the submissions table into the operational workspace the data already supports. Sort by timestamp for recent leads, filter to a form for a per-source audit, bulk-resync a cohort to the ESP after a sync hiccup. The plugin keeps capturing leads through its own engine, the table layer adds the row-level audit per-form screens cannot produce.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView for Icegram Collect

Icegram Collect's own storage: the submissions table for every captured lead and the form custom post type for form names, field config and integration meta. No external API is called for the table layer.

No. The table layer is read-mostly against the submissions table. Icegram Collect continues to sync to Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign and the other supported ESPs through the plugin's own integrations on its own schedule.

Yes. Status edits flow through standard WordPress CRUD so any Icegram Collect update hooks fire on save. Useful for clearing stuck pending rows or marking a row for resync.

No. SleekView only runs queries when the view is open in WP Admin and uses the indexes Icegram Collect maintains on form_id and created_at. There are no background jobs, no cron polling and no scheduled syncs.

Yes. Filter to a single form_id and the table narrows to that form's submissions. Combine with a date filter to produce a weekly per-form cohort for ops review.

Yes. Each multisite blog has its own Icegram Collect tables and its own form CPT. SleekView reads the submissions on each blog, and a network rollup is possible by joining across blogs.

Yes. Icegram Engage popups that wrap an Icegram Collect form route submissions through the same submissions table. SleekView surfaces them in the same dataset so a popup-driven form and an inline form appear side by side.

Yes. The current filter set exports to CSV with the columns chosen for the export rather than the plugin's fixed default. Useful for a one-off ESP import or a manual cleanup.
