Icegram Collect (formerly Rainmaker) captures form submissions through embedded forms, popup forms wired to Icegram Engage and inline shortcodes. Every submission lands in the Icegram Collect submissions table with form ID, source URL, captured fields and timestamp. Form definitions live as a custom post type with field configuration and ESP integration meta.

The default plugin admin presents one form's submissions per screen with a basic CSV export. There is no cross-form list, no audit table that shows every submission across every form with status, source page and timestamp side by side, no inline status edit for a stuck row.

SleekView reads the submissions table directly and joins the form CPT for legible form names. Email, form, source page, status and timestamp sit as real columns. Sort by timestamp to find recent leads, filter to one form for an audit pass, bulk-resync a cohort to the ESP without leaving the table.
