SleekView table view for Indeed Ultimate Member

Subscribers and access levels in one workspace

Indeed Ultimate Member is part of the IndeedNotMatter membership family on CodeCanyon. It tracks access levels, subscriptions, and recurring orders in plugin-prefixed tables (commonly mirroring the wp_indeed_* naming used across the vendor's products) plus wp_usermeta linking each user to their active package.

The default admin lets you configure levels, gateways, and drip schedules. The subscriber list shows members but does not pull together last payment, lifetime spend, drip progress, and next renewal in one screen. Cohort filtering across active, trial, expired, and cancelled is partial, and bulk operations such as renewal extensions or level switches are click-through.

SleekView reads the plugin's tables directly, joins on user_id, and produces a member-centric roster with level, status, next renewal, last payment, and lifetime spend as columns. Inline status and level edits route through the plugin's API where supported.

Workflow

Indeed access levels and orders in one workspace

1

Map the plugin's tables

Point SleekView at the Indeed access-level, order, and user-meta tables. Each becomes a navigable view with the columns the plugin already maintains.
2

Join on user_id

Build a member-centric view joining access levels to orders. Aggregate transaction amounts for lifetime spend; show next-renewal date and last-payment outcome inline.
3

Save the workflow views

Build saved views for active-by-level, lapse-in-7-days, the dunning queue, and the high-LTV leaderboard. Gate by role for finance, support, admin.
4

Edit through the plugin's API

Status and level writes route through the plugin's API so renewal-email and drip hooks fire. Direct DB writes stay available for bulk migrations.

The bigger picture

Why Indeed membership installs need joined tables

Indeed Ultimate Member covers configuration well: levels, gateways, drip schedules, and coupons all have first-class admin screens. The day-to-day operational layer is thinner. Subscribers, orders, drip schedules, and coupon usage each live in their own admin screen, and answering an ops-level question about a specific member usually means visiting two or three of them.

Did this subscriber's last renewal fail. Which level are they on. How much have they paid since signup.

When does their next renewal fire. The plugin stores all of that, but reaching it from the default admin means screen-jumping and email matching. SleekView's joined roster collapses the answer to one screen by reading the plugin's tables together.

The dunning queue becomes a filter, the renewal-risk list becomes a sort, the drip-progress audit becomes a separate saved view. Finance, support, and admins all work off the same joined data with role-scoped column sets.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView for Indeed Ultimate Member

Indeed Ultimate Member is a sibling product in the IndeedNotMatter family. It shares the vendor's table naming conventions and admin patterns so SleekView's adapter handles both with similar joined views, scoped per install based on which tables exist.

Yes. Stripe, PayPal, and the other gateways the plugin supports write into the orders table with the gateway identifier on the row. Filter by gateway for per-channel reconciliation.

Yes. Drip schedules linked to access levels join to each member's join date so unlocked-so-far and next-unlock-on render as columns. Useful when support fields questions about content visibility.

Yes when SleekView routes level and status writes through the plugin's API. Renewal emails, drip resets, and capability sync run as configured. Direct DB writes remain available for bulk operations and skip hooks by design.

Yes. Save a column set per WordPress capability so finance sees amounts and gateway data, support sees access level and last payment, admin sees everything.

Members on more than one access level render as one row per active level with the user_id grouping intact. Group by user_id to collapse the rows or treat each level as its own row depending on the workflow.

Yes. The plugin hooks into the standard WordPress personal-data exporter and erasers. SleekView can additionally export any view as CSV directly from the workspace for ad hoc requests.

Yes. Queries use the indexed user_id columns the plugin maintains on its tables and run paginated reads. Sites with tens of thousands of subscribers run smoothly because joins use existing indexes.
