SleekView for Memberium for ActiveCampaign
SleekView joins WordPress users with the ActiveCampaign tag data Memberium syncs locally, so course leads and customer success can browse, filter and act on members from one fast, role-scoped grid.

Memberium runs your access. SleekView surfaces it.
Memberium ties WordPress access to ActiveCampaign tags, but the data lives in two places at once. Tag arrays sit in user meta. AC contact IDs live alongside them. Last-sync timestamps drift. The default WordPress Users screen shows none of it, and Memberium's own admin walks you user by user. For anyone running a course launch or a renewal cycle against a few thousand members, that is a non-starter.
SleekView reads the user record together with the Memberium-synced fields and renders each member as a single row. Tag arrays render as comma-separated chips you can filter against. The AC contact ID is a column. Last-sync timestamps are sortable so stale records surface immediately. Status badges call out trial, lapsed and active members at a glance.
Saved views like "Active VIPs", "Trials ending this week" or "Lapsed last 30 days" pin the slices each role actually works against. Customer success opens to lapsed; the course team opens to enrolled-with-new-tag. Inline edits on locally cached fields go through Memberium's normal sync layer so AC remains the source of truth.

Features
What SleekView gives you for Memberium for ActiveCampaign
All members at once
Pull every WordPress user with Memberium-synced AC tag data into one searchable, sortable grid. The whole member base fits in one view, not paginated user pages.
Tag-aware filters
Filter by single tags, tag combinations, presence/absence and last sync time. Save those filter stacks as named views shared across the team.
Membership health
Spot trial, lapsed and VIP cohorts at a glance via status badges. Saved views surface health metrics on open instead of buried behind a custom report.
Audience
What course and membership teams use SleekView for
Course rollouts
Filter to members carrying the new course tag and confirm enrollment counts before launch day. Catch tagging errors hours before students notice them.
Customer success
Group lapsed members by tag combination — what they had access to, what expired — and assign cohorts to CS reps for targeted save plays before churn.
Access audits
Verify which users actually carry the right tags for the content they can currently see, so a misfired sync or stale tag never silently grants free access.
The bigger picture
Membership data needs to be queryable, not buried
Course and membership teams move fast. A launch goes live and the question is which members already carry the new course tag. A trial cohort hits day six and the question is who has not converted yet.
A pricing change rolls out and the question is who is on the legacy plan that needs grandfathering. Each of those questions is a tag query against a few thousand users. Walking the WordPress Users screen one row at a time is impossible.
Writing a meta_query against serialized tag arrays is fragile. Exporting the entire user base to a spreadsheet just to filter by tag is an audit nightmare. A real members grid that exposes Memberium's AC tag data as filterable columns turns those daily questions into thirty-second answers, which is exactly what teams running courses on Memberium need from their admin.
The grid is also where access audits start — every user who can see a piece of gated content should carry the right tag, and confirming that should not require a developer.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Memberium for ActiveCampaign
No. It reads what Memberium has synced locally into WordPress user meta. The source of truth stays in ActiveCampaign and the AC API is never called from SleekView. That keeps the grid fast (no remote calls per row) and means it works whether your AC API is reachable or not. If a contact's local cache is stale, the last-sync column tells you exactly when it was last refreshed.
Inline edits go through Memberium's normal sync layer, so any tag change you make in the grid propagates to ActiveCampaign on Memberium's normal cycle. SleekView itself does not call AC; it just calls the same Memberium functions you would call from PHP. That means audit trails, AC automation triggers and any custom hooks you have wired into Memberium continue to fire.
Yes. Any custom field Memberium stores on the WordPress user — including custom contact fields you set up in AC and pull through the sync — can be promoted as a column. Each column is typed (string, number, datetime) so the right filter operators show up automatically. There is no upper limit on column count, though we recommend pinning the four or five most-used per saved view.
Yes. The same grid pattern works with Memberium for Keap and Memberium for HighLevel. The only difference is the field names — Keap has its own contact ID format, HighLevel its own tag schema. SleekView reads whichever Memberium variant is active and adapts column labels accordingly. Sites running multiple variants can show them in separate views or merged into one.
Yes. Per-role row scoping limits which users a given role can see in the grid (for example, support sees subscribers but not administrators). Column-level read-only flags lock down sensitive fields like AC contact ID or billing tags so support can update notes without accidentally breaking the sync. Both checks run on read and on save.
No. SleekView only loads on its own admin screens. Login, the user profile editor and the front-end of the site never trigger SleekView queries. The grid query runs once when an admin opens the view, with pagination and indexed columns to keep the response fast even on large member bases.
The tags column shows the first few values inline with a count chip for the rest, and a hover popover lists the full set. Filters work against the full array, not just the visible chips. For members with very long tag arrays — common on legacy sites that accumulated tags over years — the grid stays performant because filtering happens at the database level, not in the rendered cell.
Yes. Filter to the cohort you want — say active members with course-a but not course-b — and export the visible rows as CSV with the columns you have promoted. The export honors per-role row scoping and column-level masks so support exports do not leak data they were not meant to see in the grid.
