SleekView for Memberium for Infusionsoft

SleekView reads Memberium's local usermeta cache directly: synced Keap tags, contact ID, last-sync timestamp and status. Member, tier, tag count, Keap contact ID and sync state render as sortable, filterable columns alongside the data the plugin already maintains.

SleekView table view for Memberium for Infusionsoft

Keap tags gate access. A table reads the cache.

Memberium for Infusionsoft (now Keap) syncs CRM contact tags into WordPress and uses them to drive membership access, course gating and tier rules. Each WordPress user carries a Keap contact ID, a synced tag array, a last-sync timestamp and a Memberium status flag, all stored as usermeta the plugin maintains.

The default Memberium admin reads that data per user. Keap reads it per contact. Neither surface puts the membership base on a sortable, filterable table where tier, tag count, Keap contact ID and sync state are visible side by side.

SleekView reads the same Memberium usermeta and joins wp_users. One row per member with tier, tag count, Keap contact ID, last sync and status as real columns. Filter to stale rows, sort by tier, pull every member missing a contact ID, all from one screen instead of clicking through profiles.

Workflow

How SleekView reads Memberium for Infusionsoft data

1

Pick the data source

Choose the Memberium usermeta keys (tags array, Keap contact ID, last-sync timestamp, status flag) and join wp_users. SleekView resolves tier, tag count, contact ID and sync state per row.
2

Compose the column set

Add member, tier, tag count, Keap contact ID, last sync and status. Hide what the role doesn't need so support, marketing and the CRM team get a focused workspace.
3

Save and scope the view

Name it ("Stale syncs over 24h", "VIP active", "Missing Keap contact") and gate by WordPress capability so each team sees their own slice.
4

Edit inline or export

Adjust tier, force a re-sync or export the filtered cohort to CSV. Edits route through Memberium's update paths so Keap sync and Member Decisions still fire.

Sample columns

A typical Memberium for Infusionsoft member table

SleekView joins wp_users with Memberium's synced usermeta so tier, tag count, Keap contact ID and sync state sit as real columns next to the member.

Comparison

Default Memberium for Infusionsoft admin vs SleekView

Default Memberium admin

  • Tag state is read per user in WP, per contact in Keap
  • Last-sync timestamp hidden behind the per-user page
  • No filter for stale rows across the base
  • Bulk edits across tiers require custom queries against tag arrays
  • No saved per-role roster for the Keap team vs support

SleekView

  • Read directly from Memberium's local usermeta cache
  • Tier, tag count, Keap contact ID and last sync as sortable columns
  • Inline-edit tier and force re-sync through Memberium's CRUD
  • Save filtered cohorts ("Stale over 24h", "Missing Keap contact", "VIP active")
  • Switch between table and kanban views of the same member set

Features

What SleekView gives you for Memberium for Infusionsoft

Keap-synced data as real columns

Surface tier, tag count, Keap contact ID and last sync alongside the member. Per-user profiles collapse into one sortable workspace.

Inline edits through Memberium

Update tier, force a re-sync or correct a tag rule in the row. Edits flow through Memberium's update paths so Keap sync and Member Decisions still fire.

Compose precise filters

Combine tier, tag, sync window and status into one saved filter. Sync health audits become a single named view instead of a CSV sweep.

Audience

Who uses SleekView for Memberium for Infusionsoft

Membership operators

Anchor weekly reviews on one row per member. Spot tier drift or stale-sync clusters before they show up in renewal or churn data.

Integration owners

Filter to last-sync over 24 hours. Force a re-sync for the affected rows from the same screen before paying members notice.

Tag auditors

Surface every member holding a legacy Keap tag and route the cleanup from the same table. The audit collapses into a saved view instead of an export.

The bigger picture

Why Keap-driven membership deserves a real table

Memberium for Infusionsoft makes Keap tags the source of truth for membership and keeps a local usermeta cache so WordPress can gate content without an API call on every page load. That design works at the per-user level and falls short at the operational level. How the base distributes across tiers, which rows have gone stale, which members are missing a Keap contact ID, all of that lives in the same usermeta but requires a table to read at scale.

SleekView puts the cohort on one sortable, filterable roster with tier, tag count, Keap contact ID and last sync as real columns. Stale-sync clusters surface from a filter, not a CSV sweep. Inline edits route through Memberium's CRUD so Keap tag sync and Member Decisions continue to work.

Same usermeta Memberium already writes, used as a cockpit instead of as a paginated archive.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView for Memberium for Infusionsoft

The Memberium-synced usermeta keys: Keap tag arrays, contact IDs, last-sync timestamps and status flags. These are the same fields Memberium's own admin reads from, so the table reflects exactly what the plugin tracks.

No. The roster queries the local usermeta cache. Keap is not called for rendering, so the table works even when the CRM is temporarily unreachable.

Where SleekView writes through Memberium's APIs (tier change, tag adjustment, re-sync), the standard hooks fire so Keap sync, Member Decisions and access rules continue to work.

Yes. Each saved view is gated by WordPress capability with its own column set and filters. The Keap team sees sync state; support sees tier and status.

A row is stale when last-sync is older than a configurable threshold (default 24 hours). Adjust the threshold per programme or per cohort.

No. Memberium indexes its usermeta keys, and SleekView uses those indexes for joins and filters. Tens of thousands of users render the roster in under a second on typical hosting.

Yes. Member Decisions reads the same tag state Memberium maintains. The roster can include the same tag column the rules evaluate against, so the audit lives next to the rule output.

Yes. Any filtered roster exports to CSV with the same columns the view shows. Useful for sync-health audits and sharing snapshots with the Keap team.
