SleekView for Modula Pro: galleries, addons & image rows as tables

Modula Pro stores galleries as the modula-gallery post type with its grid config, addon flags (Watermark, Slider, Filters, Lightbox extensions, Speed Up), and image list packed into modula-settings and modula-images postmeta. SleekView pivots those into a real galleries workspace with image counts, grid type, lightbox theme, and Pro addon status as first-class columns.

SleekView table view for Modula Pro

Modula Pro galleries on one screen, with every addon visible

Modula Pro keeps galleries as the modula-gallery CPT and albums as modula-albums. Gallery config lives in modula-settings postmeta (grid type, lightbox, hover effect, captions style, social, filters) and the image list in modula-images. Pro addons (Watermark, Slider, Default Gallery, Speed Up, Image Optimizer hooks) write their own flags alongside. The default WP post list shows the gallery title, author, and date. None of the grid, lightbox, or addon flags appear, and there is no way to filter for, say, galleries still using the creative grid or every gallery without filters enabled.

SleekView pivots modula-settings into proper columns. Image count, grid type (creative, custom, classic), lightbox theme, hover effect, filter tags, social addon, watermark addon, and Speed Up addon all become sortable. Saved views like creative-grid galleries over 100 images, galleries with filter tags but no captions, or galleries missing watermark on client work load with one click. Sort by image count descending to find the galleries that benefit most from the Speed Up addon, or filter by hover effect to standardise the look across a site refresh.

Inline edits route through Modula's own save path so the grid regenerates correctly and addons stay in sync. The image list inside modula-images unpacks into a per-image view where alt text, title, caption, and link become editable columns. Filter for images missing alt text across every gallery on the site, fill them in inline, and the accessibility report stops being a multi-day project.

Workflow

From Modula CPT to a galleries dashboard

1

Pick the source

Choose the modula-gallery post type as the primary source and optionally join modula-albums for album coverage. SleekView unpacks modula-settings and modula-images automatically so config and image data arrive as columns.
2

Compose columns

Drag in image count, grid type, lightbox, hover effect, watermark, filters, social, Speed Up, and last-modified. Add a per-image view if alt text coverage matters across the whole site.
3

Save and scope per role

Save views per project, per client, per grid type, or per addon. Scope each view so studios see active project galleries, accessibility leads see the per-image audit, and performance engineers see image-heavy galleries first.
4

Edit inline or bulk

Inline-edit grid type, lightbox, hover, addon flags, and image alt directly from the row. Bulk actions hit Modula's save path so the grid regenerates and Pro addons stay in sync.

Comparison

Default Modula Pro admin vs SleekView

Default Modula Pro admin

  • Galleries list shows title and date only, no grid type or image count
  • modula-settings addon flags (Watermark, Slider, Filters, Speed Up) are not surfaced at list level
  • Image-level data inside modula-images requires opening the gallery editor
  • No way to filter for galleries missing captions, alt text, or links
  • Bulk-updating hover effect or lightbox across many galleries means editing each one

SleekView

  • Pivot modula-settings and addon flags into sortable columns
  • Filter by grid type, lightbox, hover, watermark, filter tags, and Speed Up together
  • Unpack modula-images into a per-image audit view with alt and caption columns
  • Inline-edit grid type, lightbox, hover, and image alt without opening the gallery editor
  • Save views per project, per client, or per addon set for studios and agencies

Features

What SleekView gives you for Modula Pro

Gallery config as columns

Image count, grid type, lightbox theme, hover effect, and every Pro addon flag unpack from modula-settings into first-class columns. Sort and filter without opening the gallery editor.

Per-image audit

Drop into a flat view of every image across every gallery: file, gallery, alt, title, caption, link. Filter for missing alt and fill them inline before the next accessibility review.

Inline-edit with hooks

Writes route through Modula's save path so the grid regenerates and Pro addons stay in sync. Watermark, Slider, and Speed Up listeners fire the same way they would after a manual save.

Audience

Who uses SleekView for Modula Pro

Architecture and product studios

Track every project gallery with grid type, image count, and addon set visible at list level. Filter for galleries on the creative grid to plan a redesign or for watermark-enabled galleries to audit client deliverables.

Accessibility leads

Run a per-image view across every Modula gallery on the site. Alt text and caption coverage become a single filterable column and inline-edits stay synced with Modula's save path.

Performance engineers

Spot the galleries with the highest image counts and confirm whether the Speed Up addon is enabled. Sort by images descending and enable Speed Up inline on the heaviest pages before a Core Web Vitals push.

The bigger picture

Why Modula ops needs a real list view

Studios shipping Modula Pro at volume typically run dozens or hundreds of galleries per site, with every gallery's value packed into a postmeta blob the default WP post list never reads. Grid type, lightbox theme, hover effect, image counts, Pro addon flags, and per-image alt text all stay locked inside modula-settings and modula-images until somebody opens the gallery editor. That makes routine ops slow at the rate the editorial volume grows.

An accessibility audit becomes a click-through across hundreds of galleries, a Pro addon rollout becomes a one-by-one check of which galleries have Watermark enabled, and a Core Web Vitals push becomes guesswork without a sortable column for image count. SleekView unpacks the blobs once at the database layer and exposes every field as a column, so the same audit takes a saved view and a glance rather than a sprint. Modula Pro deserves a list view that matches the depth of its config, and that is what teams running it at scale need.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView for Modula Pro

Yes. The image list inside modula-images unpacks into a per-image flat view joined back to the parent gallery. Alt text, title, caption, link, and link target each become editable columns and inline edits write back through Modula's save path so the grid regenerates correctly.

Albums use the modula-albums post type. SleekView registers it as a separate source so a studio keeps one view for galleries and one for albums, then builds a joined dashboard that counts galleries per album for quick coverage checks.

Yes. Each Pro addon writes flags into modula-settings or its own postmeta keys. SleekView reads those keys and exposes them as boolean columns, so a saved view can filter for watermark-enabled galleries on client work or filter-enabled galleries on archive pages.

No. SleekView reads the gallery list and the Default Gallery flag as separate columns. Switching the default gallery from a row updates the option Modula writes when its addon ships, without touching the gallery posts themselves.

Yes. Writes route through Modula's standard save path so the grid layout, lazyload, and any Pro addon listening for changes all fire normally. Caches invalidate the same way they would after a manual save from the full gallery screen.

Yes. The Pro license key and renewal date live in the site option Modula writes. SleekView surfaces a dashboard tile that reads the same option and shows expiry status, useful for agencies running Modula Pro across many client sites and wanting one place to spot expirations.

Per-image views paginate at the database level. A 2,000-image catalog loads as fast as a 50-image one because SleekView queries the unpacked image rows rather than re-deserialising every modula-images blob on every render.

Yes. Any view exports to CSV including the unpacked modula-settings and addon columns. A studio hands a client a CSV manifest of every gallery shipped during a quarter, with grid types, addon set, and last-modified dates included.
