SleekView for MonsterInsights Pro
SleekView reads the cached GA4 reports MonsterInsights Pro stores in WordPress, plus the posts, products and form data they reference, and renders them as a sortable, filterable WP Admin table.
♾️ Lifetime License available
Pro tier or not, the cache is queryable.
MonsterInsights Pro brings the eCommerce, Forms, Search Console and custom dimensions addons on top of the free MonsterInsights base. The plugin caches the matching GA4 reports inside WordPress on a refresh schedule, surfacing them as fixed dashboard widgets in the MonsterInsights admin: popular posts, top landing pages, eCommerce revenue, Forms conversions, each in its own card.
SleekView reads that same cache layer plus the underlying posts, postmeta and WooCommerce data. One row per post (or per product, or per form, depending on the view) shows sessions, conversions, revenue, top source and active custom dimensions as columns. Sort by revenue across the product catalogue. Filter to a single campaign across both content and commerce rows. Group by author or category for editorial reports and by product category for store reports.
Because the data lives in the MonsterInsights cache, the grid never burns GA4 Data API quota and stays aligned with the widgets the plugin already exposes. Custom dimensions become real columns and filters. Saved views can be scoped per role, so a Pro license unlocks the data and SleekView decides who reads which slice of it.

Comparison
Default MonsterInsights Pro admin vs SleekView
Default MonsterInsights Pro
- Reports are fixed widgets with preset columns and chart layouts
- Cross-cutting filters across posts, products and forms require GA4 explorations
- Hard to combine engagement, conversions and revenue per post in one row
- No way to scope a report per WordPress role beyond the plugin's own access tiers
- Custom dimensions appear in their own report rather than alongside posts
SleekView
- Cached GA4 metrics as one WP-native sortable table
- Filter by source, medium, device, campaign or custom dimension
- Group rows by post, product, form, author or campaign
- No extra GA4 API calls, the grid reads the same cache the widgets use
- Saved views scoped per role for writers, store managers and clients
Features
What SleekView gives you for MonsterInsights Pro
Pro features, real grid
Render MonsterInsights Pro's eCommerce, Forms, Search Console and custom dimensions cache as a sortable table. The data the Pro license unlocks finally becomes queryable, not just widgety.
Multi-dimensional filtering
Stack campaign, product, form and date filters in one panel. The cross-cutting cut that used to mean a GA4 exploration becomes a saved view inside WP admin.
Role-scoped views
Writers see their own author rows, store managers see WooCommerce revenue, clients see a clean read-only board. All scoped using WordPress capabilities, not GA4 user permissions.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for MonsterInsights Pro
Editorial teams
Read post traffic, top sources and engagement directly in WP admin. Writers see their own articles and clients see the section they sponsor, both in the same grid with different filters.
WooCommerce store managers
Track revenue per product and conversions per campaign on a single grid. Stop juggling MonsterInsights' eCommerce widget, the Woo reports and a spreadsheet just to compare two SKUs.
Agency leads
Build clean WordPress-native client reports. No GA4 logins to share, no Looker Studio dashboards to maintain, no broken embeds when GA changes a feature.
The bigger picture
Why a Pro analytics integration deserves a Pro query surface
MonsterInsights Pro unlocks the most valuable GA4 cuts a WordPress install can use: eCommerce, Forms, custom dimensions, Search Console. Those addons populate a cache that already maps GA4 events to posts, products and form submissions, which is exactly what makes the data worth paying for. The trade-off is that the dashboard side stays widgety.
Each report gets its own card, with its own preset columns, and any cross-cutting question still leads back to a GA4 exploration or a CSV. SleekView removes that ceiling. The cached MonsterInsights data becomes a real query surface inside WP admin: sortable rows over sessions, conversions and revenue, grouped by post, product, form, source or custom dimension.
The Pro license keeps unlocking the data; SleekView decides how the data is read and by whom, without burning GA4 quota or sending a single number to a separate tool.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for MonsterInsights Pro
The cached GA4 reports MonsterInsights stores in WordPress, plus standard posts, postmeta, WooCommerce orders and form submissions for joins. Sessions, conversions and revenue all come from the same cache the MonsterInsights widgets use, so numbers stay aligned across surfaces.
Some of the columns do. Free MonsterInsights covers popular posts and basic session reports, and SleekView reads those fine. eCommerce revenue, Forms conversions, custom dimensions and Search Console rows live in the Pro tier of the cache, so the matching columns only light up when Pro is active.
No. SleekView reads the data MonsterInsights has already cached locally, so it does not add API requests or count against GA4 quota. Refreshes are triggered by MonsterInsights itself, and the new data shows up in SleekView on the next grid load.
Yes, when the eCommerce addon is active. Transaction and revenue rows are cached per product, and SleekView joins them to wp_posts. A saved view of revenue per product gives store managers a single grid for SKU-level performance.
Yes, when the Forms addon is active. Form impression and conversion counts cached per page become a column, and a saved view surfaces conversion rates per form alongside the post traffic in the same table.
Yes. MonsterInsights Pro caches the configured dimensions per post, and SleekView treats them as columns or filters. A single saved view pivots a custom dimension next to author and category without leaving WP admin or rebuilding the cut in GA4.
Yes. Each saved view is gated by capability. Writers can be limited to their own author rows, store managers to revenue boards, clients to a single read-only view, all without juggling MonsterInsights or GA4 user permissions.
No. MonsterInsights still owns the GA4 connection, cache refresh, addon licensing and snippet injection. SleekView is the query layer the plugin's fixed widgets cannot offer, sitting on top of the same cached data without changing how the integration works.
