SleekView for Newsletter Pro: subscribers, campaigns & extension data as tables
Newsletter Pro adds extensions on top of the core Newsletter plugin's custom tables. SleekView reads wp_newsletter, wp_newsletter_emails, wp_newsletter_stats and Pro extension tables so you can run segmentation, per-campaign deliverability and list-cleanup as a single workspace.

Newsletter Pro is more data, not a new admin
The base Newsletter plugin already uses its own custom tables: wp_newsletter for subscribers, wp_newsletter_emails for campaigns, wp_newsletter_stats for opens and clicks, and a small set of pivot tables for list memberships. Newsletter Pro layers extension features on top: SMTP routing rules, autoresponders, archive landing pages, lock-and-content extensions, and richer profile fields. The extension data lives in additional custom tables and in wp_postmeta on landing-page CPTs.
The default Newsletter Pro admin still uses the core plugin's screens with extra tabs. That keeps the UI consistent and limits how much new data the admin surfaces. Cross-extension queries ("subscribers in list A whose last open was over 30 days ago and who clicked a lock-and-content link") don't render as a default screen. Per-campaign deliverability against the extra profile fields needs custom reporting. Bulk-managing list memberships and profile fields together isn't a first-class action.
SleekView reads the core Newsletter custom tables and the Pro extension tables together, joins subscribers to their lists, profile fields, campaign event history and extension activity, and pivots wp_postmeta on landing pages into named columns. Segments become saved views, bulk profile-field edits become inline operations, per-campaign performance becomes a join with the stats table.

Audience
Who uses SleekView for Newsletter Pro
Email marketers
Build segments by combining lists, profile fields and last-open dates, save them as reusable views. The same view powers the next campaign and the post-send deliverability audit.
List managers
Bulk re-tag, re-list, or unsubscribe across thousands of subscribers in one pass. Post-event cleanup and list migrations happen in the same workspace.
Growth ops
Per-source attribution by joining the source column with engagement metrics. Compare form vs lock-and-content vs manual signups across opens, clicks and lifetime conversion.
The bigger picture
Why an old WP newsletter plugin still benefits from a workspace
The Newsletter plugin has been around since the early WordPress days and its custom-table schema is one of the cleanest in the category. The catch is that the admin UI is decades-old WordPress in feel, optimised for editing one subscriber or one campaign at a time. That's serviceable when a site has a few thousand subscribers and stops scaling around the time a site has tens of thousands.
The data is all there in wp_newsletter, wp_newsletter_emails and wp_newsletter_stats, properly indexed and ready to query, but the default admin doesn't pivot it into a workspace where ops can scan, filter, edit and bulk-act. Newsletter Pro adds more tables for its extensions and the same admin UI gets a few more tabs. SleekView's contribution is to take all of those tables (core and Pro extensions) and join them into one filterable, sortable, inline-editable table.
Profile-aware segmentation becomes one filter, per-campaign deliverability becomes a join, bulk profile-field edits become an inline operation. For email teams that picked Newsletter because of its data ownership story, SleekView is the admin layer the data has always deserved.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Newsletter Pro (Newsletter premium add-ons)
No. Newsletter's reporting stays in place. SleekView gives the row-level workspace for triage, ad-hoc segmentation and bulk operations the default UI doesn't surface as easily.
Yes. SleekView writes through Newsletter's API where supported so registered hooks fire. Direct DB writes use conflict detection for cases where hooks should be skipped, typically bulk migrations.
Yes. Lock-and-content stores a flag and a captured-from-page reference per subscription event. SleekView surfaces those rows alongside the subscriber's profile so lock-driven signups are first-class.

Open and click data live in wp_newsletter_stats. SleekView joins that table to subscribers for a per-subscriber engagement column and to campaigns for a per-campaign deliverability table.
Yes. source is a first-class field on wp_newsletter. Compare form, lock-and-content, archive landing page and manual cohorts on engagement and lifetime conversion.
Yes. The Newsletter custom tables are indexed and SleekView's joins use those indexes. Large lists run smoothly without scanning wp_postmeta.
Archive landing pages are stored as a CPT with attributes in wp_postmeta. SleekView pivots that postmeta into columns so the per-archive subscriber and engagement view sits next to the subscribers themselves.
Newsletter Pro's own subject-access export covers the subscriber record. SleekView's role is making it easy to filter to a single email's row plus extension activity during the export review, which is useful for legal sign-off.
