SleekView for Opalestate: properties and agents as tables
Opalestate stores properties as opalestate_property custom posts with price, status, type, and location in wp_postmeta. SleekView reads those rows and renders an admin grid that real estate teams can actually work in.

Opalestate listings as a sortable pipeline
Opalestate registers its own property post type, typically opalestate_property, with the agent post type alongside it. Each property carries postmeta for price, status, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, and location. The plugin's own admin screens render those fields one at a time on the edit screen, and the default WP list view stays minimal.
SleekView joins wp_posts for post_type=opalestate_property with the relevant wp_postmeta rows and renders price, status, type, agent, city, and area as columns. Inquiries posted against properties surface as a related view. Operators can filter by status, type, or price band and save views per agent or per city.
Inline edits route through Opalestate's save paths. Status changes update the front-end search and the map, and agent reassignments propagate to the agent's property list page. SleekView is admin-only and never re-implements Opalestate's templates.

The bigger picture
Why real estate teams outgrow the default property admin
A real estate site is not a blog and the WordPress post list was not designed for one. Opalestate ships with detailed edit screens and powerful front-end templates, but the admin where agents and managers actually work is a stock post list with title and date. Brokerage managers cannot see at a glance which properties are Pending across all agents.
Agents cannot open a personal pipeline filtered to their own listings. Inquiry handlers cannot route a wave of leads to the right agent in bulk. The data is already in wp_postmeta, queryable and indexed.
SleekView turns it into a grid that matches the way real estate teams actually work. Opalestate's front-end search, map, and templates all keep working through their normal paths. The admin just stops fighting back.

Yes. SleekView is admin-only. The Opalestate map, the search, the property detail pages, and any custom theme integration keep working exactly as configured. Inline edits write back through Opalestate's normal save paths.
Yes. Select rows and update status to Sold, Pending, or For Rent for all selected properties at once. Useful when a development sells out or when seasonal rentals open at the start of a quarter.
Property type, like Apartment, House, Studio, or Villa, is stored on the property and surfaces as a column and filter. Save per-type views so the agent focused on rentals opens a different queue than the one selling villas.
Yes. Any filtered grid exports to CSV with the columns you choose. Useful for delivering an Available featured list to marketing or backing up a city before a bulk update.

Queries hit wp_posts and wp_postmeta with indexed joins, so a few hundred properties stay responsive. Saved views cache the column layout so reopening a view is instant.
