SleekView for Squirrly SEO: SEO snippet and audit tables
Squirrly stores SEO snippets, focus keywords, and Briefcase keywords across its own qss tables. SleekView pulls every record into one queryable grid so editors stop hopping between Squirrly menus to audit a hundred posts.

See every Squirrly snippet without opening the SEO live assistant
Squirrly SEO writes to its own custom tables prefixed wp_qss_, including snippet records that hold the SEO title, meta description, canonical, OpenGraph fields, and indexing flags per post. Focus keywords saved through Briefcase live in the same set of tables and link back to the posts that target them.
The default Squirrly UI surfaces this data through the SEO Live Assistant inside the post editor and through the SEO Audit screen, both of which work one record at a time. Editors auditing a backlog for posts missing a focus keyword or for snippets that exceed Google's pixel width have to open every post or work through a paginated audit list with limited filtering.
SleekView reads the qss tables directly and renders every snippet, focus keyword, and audit field as one grid. Inline edits write back through Squirrly's own update paths so the SEO Live Assistant, the front-end head tags, and the audit scoring all reflect the change without manual resync.

What SleekView gives you for Squirrly SEO
Snippets and Briefcase together
Pull SEO snippet fields and Briefcase focus keywords side by side. Switch between content types without leaving the page or rebuilding column layouts.
Find low-scoring posts fast
Filter for posts under your target audit score, or for posts that have a focus keyword set but a snippet that overflows Google's pixel width. Spot the gaps the SEO Live Assistant only shows post by post.
Inline edit snippet fields
Click a cell to update the SEO title, meta description, or canonical. Changes save back to the qss tables so the head tags and audit scoring refresh without reopening the editor.

The bigger picture
Why Squirrly's per-post UI hides site-scale gaps
Squirrly SEO is built around the SEO Live Assistant, which is a strong tool when an editor is actively working on one post. The Assistant scores the snippet, recommends improvements, and updates as you type. The trade-off is that it does its work one record at a time.
A one-thousand-post site running Squirrly could have one hundred posts under a 50 audit score, fifty missing a focus keyword, and thirty snippets that exceed Google's pixel limits, and no Squirrly screen surfaces all three problems together at the post level. The site-wide audit shows a single overall score, not a queryable list, and the Briefcase lives on a separate menu from the snippet editor. SleekView turns Squirrly's qss tables into a real audit surface.
Snippets, focus keywords, and audit scores become sortable columns and saveable filters. The grid shows where the work actually is, and inline editing closes the gap without opening every post in the SEO Live Assistant. Squirrly still owns the scoring and the rendering.
SleekView just makes the data legible at the scale Squirrly was built for.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Squirrly SEO
No. Squirrly still owns snippet rendering, head tags, sitemap output, and the audit scoring logic. SleekView reads the qss tables Squirrly already writes and gives editors a sortable, filterable list view that complements the SEO Live Assistant rather than replacing it.
Yes. Edits go through Squirrly's standard save paths and write back to the qss tables, so the SEO Live Assistant, front-end head tags, and audit scores all update on the next page load. Editors can switch between the grid for site-wide work and the SEO Live Assistant for per-post tuning without losing changes.
Both. The qss tables exist in the free version and SleekView reads them either way. Paid features like extended audits and Focus Pages add extra columns and filters when the relevant tier is active, but the snippet audit workflow works fully on free.
Yes when Focus Pages is part of your Squirrly plan. The Focus Pages tracking tables surface as additional columns in the grid, so you can sort by focus page status and filter for posts that have lost ranking signals. Squirrly still does the tracking and scoring.
No. SleekView paginates against the qss tables and only fetches the visible page and columns. Even sites with thousands of posts and several years of audit history stay responsive because the grid avoids loading every record at once.
Yes. Any view exports to CSV with only the columns and rows the current filter has scoped, so the file matches exactly what is on screen. Useful for handing fix lists to writers or sharing progress on a retainer report.
Yes. Squirrly tracks posts, pages, and any custom post type you enable for the SEO snippet, and the qss tables include the post type column. Build a view scoped only to your custom Recipe post type or only to WooCommerce products.
Both surfaces read the same qss tables, so they stay in sync. Squirrly's own audit screen remains useful for the site-wide score view, while SleekView gives the per-post drill-down with sorting, filtering, and inline editing that the audit screen does not provide.
