SleekView table view for WooCommerce Allegro.pl Integration

Stop opening every product to check its Allegro offer

WooCommerce Allegro.pl integrations map WordPress product data onto Allegro offers: title, EAN, category, category parameters, price, delivery method, and per-offer Allegro offer ID. Listing meta lives in wp_postmeta, category-mapping rules live in wp_options, and synced Allegro orders come back as shop_order posts (or HPOS wc_orders rows) with Allegro-specific meta.

The default WordPress products list doesn't show any of this. To check whether a product has the required Allegro category parameters, what its offer ID is, or whether its last sync was rejected for missing parameters, you open the product and scroll to the Allegro metabox. Reconciling Allegro orders means opening each one to find the Allegro order ID and dispatch deadline. Both workflows collapse past a few hundred offers.

SleekView reads offer meta directly, joins it to the global Allegro category map and to synced order data, and surfaces every Allegro attribute as a column. Filter to offers missing required parameters, offers stuck in moderation, or Allegro orders nearing dispatch deadline. Inline edits write through standard product or order CRUD so the plugin's sync hook picks up the change on the next push.

Workflow

How SleekView surfaces Allegro.pl data

1

Pick the source

Choose wp_posts with post_type=product as the base for offers, or shop_order / HPOS wc_orders for synced Allegro orders. Layer the plugin's Allegro meta and global category map.
2

Compose columns

Add offer ID, category, EAN, price, delivery method, and category parameters. The picker shows the per-offer override when present and the global default otherwise.
3

Save and scope per role

Save a fulfilment view (Allegro orders by dispatch deadline) and a marketplace steward view (offers in moderation). Capability checks lock each view to the right team.
4

Edit inline and bulk-update

Click a parameter or category cell to edit in place. Bulk-select a category and update delivery method, with CRUD-level hooks queuing the Allegro sync per row.

Sample columns

A typical Allegro offers view

SleekView joins per-product Allegro meta with the global category map in wp_options and cached Allegro offer state.

Features

What SleekView gives you for WooCommerce Allegro.pl Integration

Allegro attributes as columns

Offer ID, category, EAN, price, delivery method, category parameters, offer state, pick any Allegro attribute and surface its value per product. The picker reads the plugin's mapping config so meta keys are right.

Reconcile Allegro orders by dispatch deadline

Filter orders to those originating on Allegro, sort by dispatch deadline, and see which are inside the safe window. Bulk-mark dispatched and the plugin pushes confirmation back to Allegro.

Catch rejections and moderation fast

Saved views like Moderation last 24h or Rejected surface offers blocked by Allegro validation. Edit inline, retrigger sync, and the plugin's standard push path runs.

Audience

Who uses SleekView for WooCommerce Allegro.pl

Allegro fulfilment teams

Allegro orders sorted by dispatch deadline. Bulk-mark dispatched after a courier handover, and the plugin pushes confirmation back to Allegro.

Marketplace stewards

Audit offer health. Filter to offers missing required category parameters or EAN and fix them inline before moderation rejects them.

Pricing analysts

Compare WooCommerce and Allegro prices side by side. Bulk-update Allegro pricing for a promotion without touching shop prices.

The bigger picture

Why Allegro offer visibility matters

Allegro is the dominant marketplace in Poland and it rejects offers aggressively for missing category parameters or invalid EANs. An offer stuck in moderation is invisible to buyers, and a rejected offer requires a fresh submission. Across a few thousand offers, default WordPress admin can't show why a product never went live because Allegro state isn't visible at the catalogue level.

Allegro orders blur into WooCommerce orders in the same list, so dispatch SLAs depend on someone remembering to check the Allegro column. SleekView reads the plugin's real offer meta and order meta together, surfaces Allegro state as columns, and filters orders by dispatch deadline so fulfilment never misses the window. Marketplace stewards fix missing parameters inline.

Pricing analysts bulk-update during promotions. Fulfilment teams work Allegro orders in deadline order. The result is healthier Allegro visibility, fewer rejections, and a clear ownership model for the Polish marketplace channel.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView for WooCommerce Allegro.pl Integration

Any plugin that stores Allegro offer data in wp_postmeta and account config in wp_options. The agent UI auto-detects the plugin's meta key prefix (commonly _allegro_) so the same SleekView config works across plugin variants.

Yes. Synced Allegro orders carry an _allegro_order_id meta value (or live in a plugin-specific table). SleekView filters on that meta to build an Allegro-only orders view, with dispatch deadline and Allegro order ID as columns.

Yes. SleekView writes through WooCommerce's product CRUD, so save_post and the plugin's Allegro sync hooks fire as expected. Bulk-updating price or category parameters queues a sync per product.

Yes. Category parameters live as serialised meta or per-parameter keys depending on plugin version. The picker decodes the structure and lets you add any parameter (kolor, rozmiar, marka) as a column with inline edit.

Yes, if the plugin caches Smart! eligibility in meta. The agent UI scans for plausible keys; once selected, Smart! eligibility becomes a sortable, filterable column. Useful for offers that qualify for Allegro Smart! free delivery.

Yes. Variations live as product_variation child posts with their own meta. Show variations under parents or as their own rows, and Allegro overrides on either level are exposed as columns.

SleekView paginates server-side and pushes filters into SQL on indexed columns. On a 30k-offer store the view loads in well under a second; bulk operations stream through CRUD and report progress.

Yes. Any filtered view exports to CSV, useful for reconciliation with Allegro Sales Center reports or for sharing dispatch lists with fulfilment partners.
