SleekView for Easyship: cross-border shipments and duties as tables
SleekView reads Easyship's writeback meta for carrier, service level, tax-and-duty totals, and tracking number, then renders one row per shipment. Filter to DDP cohorts, audit duty calculations, and sort by destination.

Easyship calculates duties. SleekView shows the result inline.
Easyship's WooCommerce plugin specialises in cross-border shipping: rate quotes from international carriers, duty and tax calculations at checkout, and label generation that includes the customs paperwork. The plugin writes carrier, service level, tracking, and a duty-and-tax breakdown back to order meta in keys like _easyship_courier, _easyship_servicelevel, _easyship_tracking_number, and _easyship_duties_taxes. On HPOS those values live in wc_orders_meta.
The default order list shows none of that. Auditing whether a Delivered-Duty-Paid order actually charged the right duty amount, or comparing destination-country distribution against carrier choice, requires clicking through each order. SleekView reads those meta keys and renders one row per shipment with destination country, carrier, service level, duty paid, and tracking. A view filtered to DDP shipments with duty over a threshold is the high-value cross-border audit. A view grouped by destination country produces the customs paperwork volume by lane.
Inline edits write through WooCommerce CRUD so tracking corrections, duty refund notes, or service downgrades fire the same order-update hooks Easyship listens to. The plugin keeps owning the duty engine; SleekView gives the result a WP-native surface for finance and ops.

Comparison
Default Easyship integration vs SleekView
Default Easyship integration
- Easyship dashboard lives outside WordPress for cross-border analytics
- Per-order duty breakdown sits on the order screen, not in a sortable column
- DDP vs DDU cohorts aren't a built-in admin filter
- Destination-country mix isn't visible without exporting
- Customs-hold or returned shipments aren't a cross-store filter
SleekView
- Courier, service, destination, and duty paid as columns
- Filter to DDP shipments for high-value cross-border audits
- Group by destination country for customs paperwork volume
- Customs-hold filter as a saved cleanup view
- Export per-lane slices to CSV for carrier and finance reviews
Features
What SleekView gives you for Easyship for WooCommerce
Destination mix
Group by destination country and the cross-border lane distribution becomes one screen. Carrier choice per lane is visible inline, useful for renegotiating per-region rates.
Duty audit
_easyship_duties_taxes sits on every row so finance can confirm DDP charges match the carrier's actual duty assessments. Refund discrepancies surface as filtered rows.
Customs-hold cleanup
Filter to customs-hold status and group by destination. The cross-border exceptions become a one-screen triage list rather than a tab-switching exercise.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for Easyship for WooCommerce
Cross-border ops
Filter to the week's international shipments by destination country and carrier. Lane performance becomes a sort by tracking-status distribution.
Finance and tax
Export the month's DDP shipments with duty paid and service level for tax reconciliation. The duty-recovery audit runs against the same data.
International support
Filter by destination country and customs-hold status for the where-is-my-package response. Customs paperwork follow-up runs from the same view.
The bigger picture
Why cross-border data needs a WP-side row view
Cross-border shipping is the most variable cost line on most ecommerce P&Ls, and Easyship is the engine that makes it tractable: rate quotes across international carriers, duty and tax calculation at checkout, customs-paperwork generation at label time. The plugin writes the resulting data back to WooCommerce so the order knows its courier, service level, and duty total. But that data sits in order meta, invisible to the WordPress Orders list, which means every cross-border question, the DDP audit, the lane mix breakdown, the customs-hold triage, requires opening orders or pivoting to Easyship's dashboard.
SleekView reads the meta Easyship already populates and renders one row per shipment with destination, courier, service, duty paid, and tracking. Finance gets a duty audit, ops gets a lane breakdown, support gets a customs-hold queue. Easyship keeps owning the duty engine and the carrier APIs, and WordPress gets the data surface the cross-border team actually needs.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Easyship for WooCommerce
wc_orders joined with the _easyship_courier, _easyship_servicelevel, _easyship_tracking_number, and _easyship_duties_taxes meta keys, plus wc_order_addresses for destination country. No new tables are introduced.
Yes. Easyship stores the duty and tax amount in a meta key per order. SleekView exposes it as a numeric column you can sort, filter, and export, useful for finance reconciliation and DDP audits.
Yes. The chosen incoterm is part of the writeback meta. Filter on incoterm to separate Delivered-Duty-Paid shipments from Delivered-Duty-Unpaid ones, each with its own duty-audit workflow.
Yes. If Easyship writes back a customs-hold or exception state, that value appears as a column you can filter. Otherwise the absence of a delivery timestamp older than the SLA window surfaces the same orders.

Yes. On HPOS the Easyship meta moves to wc_orders_meta and SleekView reads from there. Same view config works on legacy stores via postmeta.
Edits go through WooCommerce CRUD so the order-update hook fires. Easyship listens for those hooks when configured for reverse updates; otherwise the meta is updated locally without round-trip.
Yes. Filter to a destination country, group by carrier or service, and export to CSV. Useful for lane-specific carrier reviews and per-country tax compliance reports.
Yes. Easyship calculates duty in destination currency, and SleekView preserves the currency code per row. Sorting by amount within a currency works; cross-currency aggregation requires a conversion column.
