Wholesale onboarding without a separate review screen
Wholesale Lead Capture (part of the Wholesale Suite family) adds B2B application forms to a WooCommerce store. Each submission creates (or updates) a user in wp_users and stores form-field answers as usermeta keys (typically prefixed with wwlc_ or the suite's namespace). The user is granted a pending-wholesale role; an admin approves or rejects from the standard Users screen. Approval typically flips the user's role to the wholesale-customer role and triggers a welcome email.
The standard Users screen isn't built for application triage. Company name, business type, tax id, and intended product categories all live in usermeta and don't surface as sortable columns. Filtering to applications submitted in the last week, sorting by company size, or flagging incomplete applications (missing tax id, missing references) needs custom code. Bulk-approving a batch of pre-vetted applications goes one user at a time.
SleekView reads wp_users, joins wp_usermeta for the application fields, surfaces submission date and approval status as columns, and lets admins approve or reject inline with role-change hooks intact. Onboarding becomes one filterable table.
Workflow
Wholesale onboarding on one screen
Source the user table
wp_users filtered to the Wholesale Lead Capture pending role. Add display name, email, and registration date as base columns.
Pivot the application fields
wp_usermeta joins for the wwlc_* keys captured by the form: company, business type, tax id, intended product mix, references. Each becomes a sortable column.
Add review fields
Approve, reject, or request info

Features
What SleekView gives you for WooCommerce Wholesale Lead Capture
Application meta as columns
Pivot wwlc_company_name, wwlc_business_type, wwlc_tax_id, and the rest of the application form into sortable, filterable columns. Triage moves from "open each user profile" to "scan the table".
Bulk approve / reject
Select pre-vetted applications and bulk-approve in one action. Role-change hooks fire per user so welcome emails go out, sales-rep assignments trigger, and CRMs sync without any of them being skipped.
Incomplete-application filter
Save a view of applications missing tax id or references. Sales reps work through the queue with one-click outreach links rather than opening every profile to spot a missing field.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for Wholesale Lead Capture
B2B onboarding
Pending applications sorted by submission date, with company name, business type, and tax id visible. Approve, reject, or request more info inline.
Sales reps
Assign reviewer per application; track which reps have applications in flight. Filter to approved applications in the last quarter for ramp follow-up.
Compliance
Audit table of approvals with reviewer and date columns. Filter to approvals missing tax id at the time of approval to flag policy exceptions.
The bigger picture
Why B2B onboarding needs an application table
Wholesale onboarding looks simple on the form side: a B2B prospect fills out company name, tax id, business type, and intended product mix, and the store admin approves or rejects. The admin side has a hidden complexity that scales badly. Every application field lives in wp_usermeta with no presence on the default Users screen, so triage means opening each profile to see what was submitted.
Sales teams onboarding fifty prospects a month spend hours on click-through reviews. SleekView pivots the application meta into named columns, surfaces submission date and approval status as facets, and lets reviewers approve in bulk while role-change hooks still fire welcome emails and CRM-sync integrations. Compliance gets an audit table of who approved what and when.
Incomplete-application backlogs become a filtered saved view that sales reps can work through with one-click outreach. The data has been in usermeta all along; making it a table turns a bottleneck into a workflow.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for WooCommerce Wholesale Lead Capture
Yes. The pending and approved role identifiers are configurable per saved view, so whether Wholesale Suite uses wholesale_customer, wwpp_wholesale_customer, or a custom role variant, SleekView filters and bulk-flips to the right value.
Yes. Use a custom usermeta key (e.g. wlc_reviewer_id) and SleekView pivots it into a column with an inline picker. Bulk-assign reviewers when a backlog needs distributing across the sales team.
Yes by default. SleekView writes through wp_update_user and role-change hooks so welcome-email integrations and CRM-sync plugins fire the same way as if you'd edited the user in the WP admin.
Yes. Build a saved view filtered to rows where wwlc_tax_id is empty or below a minimum length. Sales reps see the gap inline and follow up without opening profiles.
Wholesale Lead Capture exposes each form field as a separate usermeta key. SleekView pivots whichever keys you select; multi-step forms with twenty fields can have all twenty as filterable columns or a curated subset.
User data follows WP core privacy hooks; SleekView reads but doesn't replace those. When a deletion request runs through the WP privacy tools, the application meta is removed alongside the user, and the SleekView view updates automatically.
Yes. Rejected applications keep their user record with a rejected-role assignment (or a rejection flag in usermeta, depending on configuration). SleekView surfaces rejections as a filterable status so the audit trail stays intact.

Only fields present in the application form get filled in wp_usermeta. Empty fields appear as blank columns; filtering by emptiness is exactly how the incomplete-application view works.
