WP All Import Pro adds scheduled cron runs, conditional import logic, and bigger file handling on top of the Free engine, but the underlying tables remain the pmxi_ family. Each run lands in pmxi_imports, every batch updates pmxi_history with created, updated, skipped, and deleted counts, and every touched post is recorded in pmxi_posts. The plugin UI still lists imports one card at a time.

SleekView reads pmxi_imports joined to pmxi_history as a flat workspace. The Pro scheduled flag becomes a top-level filter so cron-driven runs separate from manual triggers. Counts pivot into sortable columns so a missed cron tick across the vendor catalog stops hiding behind per-card pagination.

A second view joins pmxi_posts back to wp_posts, so any product or CPT row carries the Pro import that last touched it. The provenance is the same as Free; only Pro's higher cron cadence makes the audit even more necessary.

Adding cron scheduling to imports without adding a cross-import audit view is the kind of feature debt that catches up at scale. A single manual import is easy to verify, but ten scheduled imports running across staggered crons are not. WP All Import Pro upgrades the engine for that scale without upgrading the UI to match.

The result is a default admin that lists imports one card at a time even when the underlying data shows missed cron ticks, climbing skipped counts, and stale schedules that no one has owned since the last cron rewrite. Reading the pmxi tables directly turns those signals into sortable columns. Scheduled vs manual becomes a one-click filter.

Per-post provenance stops requiring SQL. The cost is a single view setup; the gain is daily ops confidence that every Pro-scheduled import actually ran and produced what it should have. The plugin keeps owning the cron engine.
