Yoast Video SEO writes per-post video metadata to wp_postmeta keys like _yoast_wpseo_video_url, _yoast_wpseo_video_duration, _yoast_wpseo_video_thumbnail_url, and _yoast_wpseo_video_upload_date. Those keys feed both the VideoObject JSON-LD output and the Yoast video sitemap.

The default admin shows those fields one post at a time inside the Yoast SEO metabox under the Video tab. There is no list view that shows which posts actually have a thumbnail set, a duration parsed, or a working video URL.
