SleekView for Z Form Pro
Z Form Pro keeps a submission storage layer. SleekView reads those rows and renders the result as a sortable, filterable WP Admin table, with one grid covering every form on the install.

From submission rows to a real grid
Z Form Pro persists each submission as a row with a form ID, timestamp, sender details and field values, either as columns in a custom table or as postmeta against a CPT depending on the install. The plugin's own admin gives a per-form entries list, which is fine for inspecting a single submission and limiting for any cross-form read.
SleekView reads the same storage, joins each submission to its source form and renders the result as one grid. Sort by submitted_at to triage. Filter to a specific form when the lead-gen queue gets noisy. Search across email or any captured field. Group by form_id to compare volume across the catalog without leaving WP Admin.
The grid saves as a SleekView with role-based access, exports as CSV and respects WP capability gates. Z Form Pro keeps doing what it does well, SleekView handles the triage question the entries list was never meant to answer.

The bigger picture
Per-form lists answer one question, grids answer the others
Z Form Pro's per-form entries screen is the right tool when context for one submission matters: who sent it, when, what they typed. It's the wrong tool when the question is broader. Which submissions arrived today across the whole install.
Which form is responsible for half the queue. Which payment is still pending. SleekView handles the broader questions by pivoting the same storage into a grid.
The operator triages. The designer audits. The marketer reports.
The plugin keeps owning the rendering and persistence, SleekView owns the queryable read.
