SleekView Kanban board for Convert Pro

Convert Pro modules and leads live in lists

Convert Pro stores each optin module as a custom post type with a status that walks from draft to published to paused, with archived as a final state. Captured leads land in a Convert Pro lead table or sync into a connected email plugin, where each lead carries a status that the team treats as new, contacted, converted, or dismissed depending on how the downstream sales or marketing flow works. The default Convert Pro admin presents both as long sortable list tables with filter dropdowns and a familiar Brainstorm Force style detail screen.

SleekView Kanban reads the same data and uses the lifecycle column as the natural way to group cards. A modules board lines up draft, published, paused, and archived. A leads board lines up new, contacted, converted, and dismissed. Card fronts show module type, target page, or conversion rate for modules, and lead name, source module, and last touch for leads, so the kanban view mirrors how the team already thinks about each item.

Dragging a module into paused writes back through Convert Pro so the popup stops appearing on the site, while dragging a lead into contacted updates the local lead record without losing the captured email or any custom fields the form collected during signup.

Workflow

From Convert Pro data to kanban in four steps

1

Connect the Convert Pro data source

Point SleekView at the Convert Pro module post type and at the lead table you use. SleekView introspects the schema, picks up custom fields, and exposes every column for grouping, filtering, or card display across the modules and leads boards you build.
2

Pick the status column

Choose which column drives the columns of the board. For modules that is the Convert Pro lifecycle status, for leads it is the follow up status the team uses. SleekView builds one column per distinct value and shows a live count above every column on the board.
3

Choose what shows on each card

Decide which fields appear on the front of every card. Module cards usually show module type, target page rule, and conversion rate so far, while lead cards show first name, source module, and the last note recorded by whoever followed up most recently.
4

Enable drag and drop writeback

Turn drag and drop on and SleekView writes the new status back. Module changes go through Convert Pro so popups appear or disappear in step with the board, while lead status changes update the local lead record and any downstream integration the team relies on.

Comparison

Convert Pro lists vs SleekView Kanban

Default Convert Pro lists

  • Modules and captured leads live on separate Convert Pro admin screens by default
  • Module lifecycle hides behind a single status column with no visual pipeline view
  • Pausing or archiving a module requires opening the module and saving from the editor
  • Lead follow up has no built in board, teams improvise with spreadsheets or CRMs
  • Custom fields captured by Convert Pro forms rarely appear in default lead list rows

SleekView Kanban

  • Reads Convert Pro module post type and lead tables directly with no migration
  • Columns per lifecycle status for modules and per follow up status for leads
  • Drag a module to paused to update its Convert Pro status, the popup stops appearing
  • Card fronts show module type, conversion rate, lead source, or any custom form field
  • Filter by target page, module type, or lead source without losing the columns

Features

What SleekView Kanban gives you for Convert Pro

Writebacks update modules and leads

Module status changes go through Convert Pro, so popups appear or disappear in line with the board. Lead status changes update the local lead record and any downstream integration, so the kanban view becomes the single working surface across modules and follow up.

Filter by module or target page

Layer filters by module, target URL pattern, source module, or any custom field while staying on the board. Columns stay grouped by status while visible cards narrow to the cohort you care about, so reviews and follow up loops stay focused at all times.

Conversion review at a glance

Module cards display conversion rate so you can compare published modules side by side without flipping between Convert Pro reports. A small underperforming column makes it easy to spot tired creative and drag those modules into paused while you cycle in fresh tests.

Audience

Where Convert Pro teams use kanban every day

Optin rotation overview

Group modules by draft, published, paused, and archived to see the whole optin rotation on one screen. Dragging a tired module into paused stops it showing on the site while keeping creative, copy, and targeting rules ready for the next campaign window.

Lead follow up board

Group captured leads by new, contacted, converted, and dismissed so the sales team has a working follow up board. Cards carry source module and last touch, so reps see which module brought in each lead and which channels actually deliver real business.

Conversion comparison view

Group modules by type or by target page with conversion rate on each card and you have a side by side comparison view. Drag underperformers into paused without leaving the board, then add new variants under draft for the next round of optimization tests.

The bigger picture

Why a kanban view matters for Convert Pro

Convert Pro is a flexible optin builder, and that flexibility produces a sprawl of modules, variants, and follow up flows over time. The default admin assumes you want to inspect one module or one lead at a time, but the real work is coordination. Which popups are live this week, which ones are tired, which leads need a second nudge, which ones converted.

A kanban view answers all of that geometrically. Columns reflect lifecycle, card heights tell you whether anyone is behind on follow up, and drag and drop replaces the click trail of opening editors, switching tabs, and updating spreadsheets. By writing changes back through Convert Pro and through whatever lead store you actually use, SleekView Kanban turns the board into the working surface where optin rotation and lead follow up happen, while Convert Pro continues to capture leads and serve modules exactly as it always has on the public site.

Questions

Common questions about SleekView Kanban for Convert Pro

The Convert Pro module post type and the lead capture table the plugin populates are the most common targets. SleekView introspects the schema and picks up custom fields, so any column Convert Pro stores including form custom fields can drive grouping, filters, or card display.

Yes. Dragging a module into paused writes back through Convert Pro, which updates the module status the plugin uses to decide whether to render the popup on the site. The result is the same as pausing the module from the Convert Pro admin manually.

Lead status writebacks update the local lead table you connected to the board. If you sync leads into a CRM or email plugin, that downstream integration continues to run, so the kanban view does not bypass any of the existing automation or sync flows you set up.

Yes. Any custom field captured by the Convert Pro form appears in the field picker for both the card front and the detail panel, so cards can carry plan interest, company size, or any other attribute the team uses to decide what to do next with the lead.

Yes. As long as a local lead table records the capture, SleekView can render that table. Many teams keep Convert Pro's local lead storage on as a kanban friendly mirror while still pushing leads downstream into their primary CRM through the existing integration the plugin already provides.

Yes. SleekView respects WordPress capabilities, so marketers might be allowed to pause modules while only sales reps move leads between follow up columns. Read only users browse the board freely without triggering any writeback to Convert Pro or to the lead store.

No. Conversion tracking continues to work as usual because module rendering and capture logic stay entirely in Convert Pro's hands. The kanban view only writes the module status or the lead follow up status, neither of which affects how Convert Pro counts conversions.

No. SleekView reads and writes the existing Convert Pro module post type and any local lead table you connected. No data is migrated, no Convert Pro setting is touched, and uninstalling SleekView leaves Convert Pro exactly as it was before installation.
