Forminator Pro stores every submission in wp_frmt_form_entry with metadata about read state, spam flag, and submission timestamp. Field values live in wp_frmt_form_entry_meta keyed by entry ID and field key. Forminator Pro supports forms, quizzes, polls, and signature forms, with each module storing its data in the same tables but with different field types and meta structures. The default admin lists entries as a paginated grid which works for low volume but loses signals about queue state.

SleekView reads wp_frmt_form_entry directly, joins to wp_frmt_form_entry_meta to expose every Forminator field value, and surfaces all of them as possible grouping axes. The natural one for forms is the built-in read flag, but most teams add a custom Triage stage field and group on that. Quiz modules typically group by quiz score range, poll modules group by chosen option, and signature modules group by signature status.

Dragging a card writes the new value back through the standard Forminator update path, firing the standard hooks so any Forminator notification, Pro integration like Hubspot or Slack, or webhook feed wired to entry status changes continues to run. Spam submissions are filtered out of active boards by default but can be exposed on a dedicated review board so admins can audit what is being flagged and tune the Pro spam protection rules over time.

Forminator Pro is excellent at supporting multiple module types including forms, quizzes, polls, and signature forms, but its admin treats every submission as a row in the same paginated entries grid regardless of module type. That works when modules are occasional. It stops working the moment Pro modules are doing real work: quizzes are qualifying leads, polls are surfacing live feedback, and forms are routing inquiries through a real triage pipeline.

A kanban board fixes the part Forminator was never designed to fix: per-module workflow visibility. Each module type gets its own board lens tuned to the data it captures, so quiz teams see qualification, poll teams see live results, and form teams see triage. Status changes happen with a drag instead of three clicks per submission, which compounds quickly once Pro modules are running at scale.

Because every column maps back to a real Forminator field on the submission, the board is not a parallel system that drifts. The end result is a Forminator admin that finally matches how teams actually work with Pro modules.
