SleekView Kanban for HubSpot
SleekView reads HubSpot deals, contacts, and tickets through the HubSpot for WordPress plugin connection, groups records by the lifecycle stage or pipeline stage you pick, and updates HubSpot via the API every time you drag a card.

HubSpot pipelines visible without leaving WordPress
The HubSpot for WordPress plugin already connects your site to HubSpot CRM and syncs contacts, deals, and tickets. The catch is that the WordPress dashboard exposes very little of that data in a meaningful way. If you want a real pipeline view, you usually have to switch back to the HubSpot app, which means leaving the same tab the rest of your work lives in.
SleekView Kanban reads the synced records, or pulls them live from the HubSpot API, and turns them into a board. For deals you group by dealstage and you pick a pipeline. For contacts you can group by lifecyclestage or any custom property. For tickets you group by ticket status. Cards show the deal name, the associated company, the amount, the close date, the owner, and any custom property you flag for display.
Drop a deal card from Decision maker bought in to Closed won and SleekView calls the HubSpot API to update the stage. HubSpot fires its normal workflow triggers, your reporting updates, and any sequences keyed to stage transitions kick off. Reads are cached briefly so a board does not hammer the API on every click, and writes are immediate so dragging never feels laggy.

Comparison

Default HubSpot dashboard

- Custom properties stored on records are not displayed in the WordPress side at all
- Tickets and deals each need separate HubSpot screens, no shared kanban view
SleekView Kanban

Features
What SleekView Kanban gives you for HubSpot for WordPress
Multi pipeline support
Build one board per HubSpot pipeline. The sales pipeline gets one board, a partner pipeline gets another, and an enterprise pipeline gets a third. Each board only shows stages from its own pipeline so the columns stay clean and meaningful.
Real money on the card front
Card meta can show deal amount, weighted amount, and forecast amount with currency formatting from HubSpot. Sort by amount inside a column and the largest deals float to the top so big risks never get lost at the bottom of the stack.
Ticket boards for support
Switch the connection to tickets and SleekView gives you a support board grouped by status. Card meta shows pipeline source, priority, and the contact. Drop a ticket to Closed and the HubSpot API marks it closed and stops any SLA clocks.
Audience
What teams build with SleekView and HubSpot
Weekly pipeline review without leaving WP
Marketing, content, and ops already live in WordPress. Sales leads can join the same screen for pipeline review thanks to a HubSpot board pinned right inside WP, with drag-and-drop stage updates that hit HubSpot live.
Partner pipeline visibility
Share a board with partner teams who only have WordPress logins, not HubSpot seats. They see exactly the deals or tickets you scope to them, with role-based visibility so they cannot drag cards belonging to other partners.
Support ticket triage
Service teams get a ticket board grouped by status. Drag a ticket through New, Waiting, and Closed and HubSpot updates instantly. Card meta shows priority and contact so triage decisions stay informed.
The bigger picture
Why a HubSpot kanban inside WordPress earns its keep
If you bought HubSpot, you already have HubSpot's own deal board. The reason a WordPress side board still matters is context. Most WordPress sites are not just a marketing front.
They are also where membership data lives, where ecommerce orders flow, where support content sits, and where the rest of the team spends their day. Asking the sales lead to switch into HubSpot for one pipeline review and asking everyone else to come along is friction that real teams avoid. A kanban board that reads HubSpot live and writes stage changes back through the API gives you the pipeline review inside the same tab where the rest of your team works.
It does not replace HubSpot. HubSpot is still the system of record. The board is a window onto it, optimized for one specific job, which is moving a small number of deals through a few stages every week with a team that has WordPress already open.
Stage changes go through the API so HubSpot workflows keep firing, reports keep updating, and rotation logic keeps assigning. The kanban is just an interface layer between your team and the CRM they already pay for.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView Kanban for HubSpot for WordPress
It can do either. If the official HubSpot for WordPress plugin is already connected, SleekView reuses that token and inherits its scopes. If not, you create a private app inside HubSpot with the scopes for the objects you want to render and paste the token into SleekView.
For deal boards SleekView needs the crm objects deals read and write scopes. For contact boards it needs crm objects contacts read and write. For ticket boards it needs crm objects tickets read and write. Read only mode skips the write scopes for view-only boards.
Reads are cached for a short configurable window so the board does not refetch on every click. Cards are paginated per column so SleekView only requests records that are about to be visible. Writes are immediate but throttled per user to stay well under HubSpot rate limits.
Yes. Stage updates go through the standard CRM API so HubSpot processes them as normal stage transitions. Workflows triggered by enrollment in Closed won, deal property change webhooks, and sequence triggers all run exactly the way they would if you had dragged the deal inside HubSpot.
You pick one pipeline per board so the stages stay coherent. But you can pin multiple boards side by side so a manager looking at three pipelines just opens three boards in the same screen. Filtering by pipeline inside a single board is also supported when needed.
Yes. If you scope the SleekView board to current user, it filters by the deal owner property matching the logged in user. For HubSpot team-based visibility you can use HubSpot team property filters as the source of board scope, so each rep sees only their own deals.
Yes. SleekView lists every property HubSpot exposes for the object type, both default and custom. Pick the ones to display on the card front, including picklists, dates, and currency. Custom properties used as stage groupings are also fully supported.
It stays in sync live. SleekView is a render layer on top of HubSpot, not a second database. Each board fetch pulls current values from HubSpot, with short cache for performance. There is nothing to sync, nothing to drift, and nothing to break when HubSpot data changes outside the board.
