Custom field data on the social card
Checkout Field Editor stores its custom field definitions in the thwcfe_sections option, with each field's key, type, and conditional rules. Captured values land in wp_postmeta against the order with the field key as the meta key. Standard fields keep their normal Woo keys (_billing_first_name, etc.), but new fields use whatever key the merchant chose (_gift_wrap_type, _company_vat, _delivery_window, etc.).
SleekPixel reads the field definitions from the Checkout Field Editor option, then maps a chosen subset onto the receipt card. The template editor exposes each custom field as a variable with the field's label as a hint, so a gift-wrap field can be rendered with a wrapped-gift icon, a delivery-window field can be rendered as a time badge, and a company VAT field can be rendered as a B2B identifier.
The card renders on woocommerce_order_status_processing and on woocommerce_order_status_completed, depending on which status the merchant prefers to use as the trigger. Refunds and manual order edits regenerate the card automatically so the values shown always reflect the current state of the order.

Features
What SleekPixel gives you for Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce
Custom field templates
Template slots map to any custom field the merchant added in Checkout Field Editor. A gift order gets a gift badge, a B2B order gets a company line, a special delivery gets a time-window badge, all from the same card layout.
Conditional rendering
SleekPixel respects the same conditional logic Checkout Field Editor uses. Fields that did not apply to a given order do not show on its card. A standard order shows a clean layout, a special one gets the handling badge.
Privacy-aware rendering
Sensitive custom fields (tax IDs, internal notes) can be excluded from the card per field. Only fields explicitly mapped into the template render, so personally identifiable data stays in Woo and out of the public PNG.
Use cases
Where Checkout Field Editor stores benefit most
Gift orders and special handling
Orders with gift wrap, custom messages, or delivery preferences surface that handling on the card, so customer confirmations and support links carry the context already.
B2B and wholesale orders
Custom company name, VAT, or purchase order fields render onto B2B order cards, making B2B orders visually distinct from consumer orders in any shared preview.
Ops handoffs by field
Ops channels that follow new orders see the special-handling badges per order, so packing teams can spot gift orders and B2B orders before opening the dashboard.
The bigger picture
Custom checkout context should travel with the order
Checkout Field Editor is one of the most-installed checkout customization plugins for WooCommerce, used by stores that need fields beyond the default address set. Gift orders capture a gift_wrap type and a message. B2B orders capture a company VAT number and a purchase order reference.
Subscription stores capture a preferred delivery day. Bakery stores capture allergen notes. Every one of those fields is the actual purpose of installing Checkout Field Editor in the first place.
Yet none of them show on the order's OG image, because the default OG image on every Woo order page is the storefront's homepage logo. A gift order looks identical to a standard order in previews. SleekPixel changes that by treating each order's custom fields as social content.
The card surfaces the chosen subset of fields, with their labels and styled badges, then ships as a real PNG attached to the order. When the order URL is shared in a confirmation email, in a support ticket, or in an ops channel, the preview reflects the checkout context that made this order different from the next.
Questions
Common questions about SleekPixel for Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce
The ThemeHigh Checkout Field Editor (slug woo-checkout-field-editor-pro), which is the most-installed Checkout Field Editor for Woo. SleekPixel reads its thwcfe_sections option to detect field definitions and their postmeta keys.
Only the ones you choose. SleekPixel lists every field the plugin defined and lets you bind a subset to template slots. Fields you do not map never render. Sensitive fields like internal notes or tax IDs can be deliberately excluded.
SleekPixel honors the same conditional logic Checkout Field Editor uses. If the field's condition was not met for an order, no value renders on that order's card and the slot collapses, so the layout stays clean without empty placeholders.
Yes. SleekPixel supports conditional templates based on field values. A gift order with gift_wrap set renders a gift-styled card. A B2B order with company_vat set renders a B2B-styled card. A standard order renders the default card. The conditions read directly from postmeta.

Yes. SleekPixel reloads thwcfe_sections on every admin page load. New fields show up in the template editor immediately. You assign template slots from there without writing code.
Yes for fields that ultimately land as order meta. Checkout Field Editor adds fields at checkout step; SleekPixel reads the resulting postmeta. Cart-level fields that the plugin persists to the order are read the same way as checkout-step fields.
Field labels follow whatever Checkout Field Editor returns from its own translation logic. If the plugin is WPML or Polylang-compatible in your setup, the labels rendered onto the card reflect the active language. The captured field value itself is rendered as stored.
Yes. A WP-CLI bulk regenerate command walks every order, reads the mapped custom field meta keys, and renders a card per order. The job batches in chunks so a store with years of custom-field-tagged orders can catch up without blocking the admin.
