SleekRank for used car listings
Connect SleekRank to your dealer management system or a nightly CSV export and every vehicle on the lot gets its own indexable WordPress page automatically, with collection pages for make, model, and year built from the same data.

Dealer inventory changes faster than your CMS
A used car lot turns over stock weekly. Each vehicle needs its own page with VIN, mileage, trim, options, photos, and price, plus collection pages at /used/{make}/, /used/{make}/{model}/, and /used/{year}/. Building that by hand inside WordPress means an editor opens a post for every car that lands on the lot and another every time a price drops, while the DMS already holds the canonical record.
SleekRank reads your inventory CSV or REST endpoint and produces one page per VIN using the template you already designed. Map the year, make, model, mileage, options, and price columns once. When a car sells, remove the row and the page returns a 404 on the next cache flush. When a price drops, edit the feed and every page reflects it.
The same feed powers the collection pages. A list mapping on /used/{make}/ pulls every Honda from the inventory data; a separate page group keyed on /used/{year}/ surfaces every 2021 vehicle without duplicating content. The DMS stays the single source of truth.

Comparison
Manual listings vs feed-driven listings
Manual posts per car
- Stale pages stay live after a vehicle sells
- Sales staff edit WordPress instead of the DMS
- Make and model collection pages drift from real inventory
- Photo galleries lose order on every reimport
- Price drops require manual edits across many posts
- Custom fields are scattered across plugins and ACF groups
SleekRank
- Read inventory directly from your DMS REST endpoint
- One row per VIN equals one /used/{slug}/ page
- Map mileage, price, trim, and options into the template
- Sold cars vanish when the row is removed and cache clears
- Build /used/{make}/ pages from the same feed via list mapping
- Per-vehicle og:image and meta description via meta mappings
Features
What SleekRank gives you for used car listings
Page per VIN
Every row in the inventory feed becomes its own indexable URL with a unique h1, price, mileage, trim, and a spec list rendered from columns. No double-entry.
REST or CSV
Pull from your DMS REST endpoint, a Google Sheet, or a nightly CSV export. SleekRank caches the result for a duration you set so refreshes do not hammer the DMS.
Spec lists
Map a comma-separated options column straight into a feature list on the template using the list mapping. Every car renders the same way without manual formatting.
Use cases
Where dealers use SleekRank
Independent dealers
Single-lot dealers run a CSV export from their DMS and let SleekRank publish every listing page. Sales staff manage the DMS, not WordPress, and pages stay in sync.
Dealer groups
Multi-rooftop groups generate listings per location with a slug column that includes the lot, like /used/austin-2021-rav4/. The same feed can power per-rooftop collection pages.
Aggregator sites
Used car aggregators run a JSON feed of partner inventory and map it to per-vehicle landing pages with affiliate links out. SleekRank handles per-VIN OG cards via meta mapping.
The bigger picture
Why feed-driven dealer SEO actually wins
Used car SEO lives or dies on long-tail VIN-level coverage. Buyers search 2021 Toyota RAV4 XLE under 40k miles and either land on a real page with a price, photos, and options, or they bounce to a competitor. Manual posts mean two things every dealer has experienced: cars sold weeks ago still ranking and converting confused leads, and collection pages that claim 23 Hondas while the lot has 12.
Both kill trust with shoppers and search engines. Programmatic pages flip the model. The DMS becomes the source of truth for inventory and the website becomes a derived projection of it.
Sales staff stop editing WordPress, which they were never trained to do well, and start updating the system they already use to write deals. Pages disappear the day a car sells, collection counts match physical stock, and price drops propagate without anyone touching a post. The result is a site that looks like the lot, not a lagging copy of it from last Tuesday.
Questions
Common questions about SleekRank for used car listings
If your DMS exposes a JSON or CSV endpoint, yes. SleekRank supports json_url, csv_url, REST API, and Google Sheets out of the box. For closed systems, schedule a CSV export on the DMS side and point SleekRank at the file. The plugin reads from configured sources only and never writes back.
Remove the row from the feed. On the next cache cycle the page returns a 404 and drops out of the sitemap automatically. If you want sold cars to retain link equity, set a server-level redirect that points sold VIN URLs to a sold archive page or back to the matching make collection page.
Photos must be hosted somewhere accessible and referenced by URL in the feed. Use a comma-separated photo column with a list mapping to render a gallery, or a single hero column with a selector mapping to swap the lead image. SleekRank does not host or resize photos itself.
Create a second page group for /used/{make}/ with its own makes data source listing the makes you carry, then use a list mapping to render the matching cars from the main inventory feed. Add a third group for /used/{year}/. SleekRank does not group rows across page groups automatically, so each grouping needs its own group.
Data is fetched on a schedule and cached. Page renders use the cached row, so request time is similar to a normal WordPress page render. For large inventories, lengthen the cache duration so refreshes only run on a schedule rather than per request.
Yes. Use meta mappings to set og:image to a per-car URL and og:title to year plus make plus model. Pair with SleekPixel for dynamic Open Graph images that render the price and mileage onto a template card so each VIN gets a unique social preview.
Add an estimated monthly column to the feed if your DMS calculates it, or link out to your finance partner via an applyUrl column injected into a button with a selector mapping. SleekRank does not run financing math itself, it injects whatever the column contains.
Add a lot or location column to the feed and include it in the slug, like /used/austin-2021-rav4/. Run separate page groups per lot if you want fully isolated URL trees, or keep one group and use the column in the template to render lot-specific contact info and address.
