Fluent Forms writes everything to tables, your dashboard should read them
Fluent Forms stores submissions in fluentform_submissions with one row per submission carrying form_id, status, source_url and created_at columns. The ActiveCampaign integration runs as a feed configured per form and writes each sync attempt to fluentform_logs with a source_type of feed, a status (success, failed) and the response body. Feed definitions live in fluentform_form_meta.
That means every lead captured for ActiveCampaign is documented twice in WordPress: once as a Fluent Forms submission, once as a sync log row tied back to the submission ID. The default Fluent Forms admin shows submissions per form and a log view, but the cross-cutting questions stay unanswered. "How many ActiveCampaign syncs failed this week?" "Which form sends the most leads?" "What is the daily lead volume across all AC-enabled forms?" all require switching between screens and tabs.
SleekView Charts reads fluentform_submissions and fluentform_logs directly, joining feed_id to form_id and grouping by status, form and date. A four-card dashboard gives the weekly lead total, the per-form ranking, the success-vs-failed donut and the daily trend on one screen, refreshed as each submission writes new rows in real time.

Comparison
Default Fluent Forms admin vs SleekView Charts
Default Fluent Forms admin
- Submissions screen lists rows but does not aggregate across forms or feeds
- Log viewer shows individual sync attempts, not weekly or monthly totals
- Per-form lead counts require visiting each form's entries screen separately
- Failed AC syncs have no trend chart to spot creeping deliverability issues
- Cross-form daily lead-volume rollups need a CSV export and a spreadsheet
SleekView Charts
- Number cards for weekly and monthly AC sync totals
- Pie cards for success vs failed sync status mix
- Bar cards ranking top forms by lead volume
- Area cards for daily lead velocity across all AC-enabled forms
- Joins fluentform_logs to fluentform_submissions for richer breakdowns
Features
What SleekView Charts gives you for ActiveCampaign integration for Fluent Forms
Lead-pipeline KPI cards
Weekly AC syncs, monthly leads and average daily volume surface as Number cards. The lead-pipeline figures that marketing teams normally rebuild in spreadsheets every Monday morning surface automatically.
Status mix at a glance
A Donut card splits sync attempts across success, failed and pending statuses, so deliverability issues and API errors get spotted within the week, not the month, they actually started occurring.
Daily lead trends
Area and Line cards over rolling 30, 60 and 90 day windows surface daily lead velocity and the effect of new campaigns, landing pages or paid traffic on the Fluent Forms ActiveCampaign feed.
Audience
Who builds Fluent Forms AC dashboards with SleekView
Email marketers
Pre-campaign lead audit: weekly sync total, status mix and top forms on one screen. Spot a stalled feed before the next broadcast goes out and lose half the intended audience to a silent sync error.
Acquisition leads
Form scoreboard ranking Fluent Forms by AC sync volume across the week. Identify the high-converting lead magnet that deserves more traffic and the underperforming form that deserves a redesign sprint.
Ops and CRM admins
Sync-health dashboard tracking failed log rows by hour or day. API credential expiry, plan limit hits and intermittent network errors get caught before the marketing team notices missing contacts.
The bigger picture
Why Fluent Forms AC integrations need a dashboard
Fluent Forms stores everything teams need in well-indexed tables: submissions in fluentform_submissions, sync attempts in fluentform_logs, feed definitions in fluentform_form_meta. The ActiveCampaign integration writes a row for every lead sync it attempts. What is missing is the dashboard that turns those rows into operational visibility.
Marketing wants to know weekly lead volume. Ops wants to spot failed syncs in time to fix them. Acquisition wants to rank lead magnets.
Today, each question requires its own screen visit or a CSV export. SleekView Charts reads the same tables Fluent Forms already maintains, joins logs to submissions on submission_id, and turns the rows into a four-card dashboard. The data was always there; the dashboard makes it useful for the team that actually owns the lead pipeline.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView Charts for ActiveCampaign integration for Fluent Forms
No. The Fluent Forms entries screen remains the right place to inspect individual submissions and resend feeds manually. SleekView Charts adds the cross-form aggregate dashboard the default screens do not assemble, focused on lead volume and sync health.
Yes. Feed definitions in fluentform_form_meta store the target list and tags for each form. SleekView joins those values into the dataset, so a Pie card grouped by list_id or a Bar card by tag becomes a one-click configuration on the dashboard.
Yes. The same fluentform_logs table holds all integration sync attempts, with source_type and integration_name columns to distinguish them. Build a separate dashboard for Mailchimp, HubSpot or any other connected integration using the same chart cards but a different filter.
Yes. fluentform_submissions stores source_url for every entry, which carries through to the feed log via submission_id. A Bar card grouped by source_url ranks the actual pages capturing leads, letting marketing tie revenue back to specific blog posts or landing pages directly.
Yes. Aggregations run against the indexed form_id, status and created_at columns Fluent Forms already maintains. Sites pushing thousands of submissions per day render the four-card dashboard in seconds without scanning meta or rebuilding any database indexes.
Yes. Each chart card exposes its underlying row set, which exports to CSV with the active filters applied. That gives marketing and ops a clean handoff for board reports without scraping fluentform_logs directly via SQL queries every time.
Yes. Pro adds advanced integrations but keeps the same fluentform_submissions and fluentform_logs schema, so the dashboard works identically on free and Pro installs. Pro-only feed types simply appear as additional rows in the same logs table with their distinct integration_name.
Many sites run Fluent Forms with both ActiveCampaign and FluentCRM feeds on the same form. SleekView filters fluentform_logs by integration_name to keep the AC dashboard focused, and a sibling FluentCRM dashboard runs on the same tables with a different filter applied.
