SleekView Charts for Presto Player Pro

Presto Player Pro stores videos in the pp_video_block post type, configuration in presto_player_options, and per-video analytics events in its own table. SleekView Charts reads those rows and builds chart cards for media counts, source mix, brand usage, and analytics event trends.

SleekView Charts dashboard for Presto Player Pro

Read Presto Player Pro across media library, branding, and analytics

Presto Player Pro is more than a player: videos live in the pp_video_block post type with source metadata (Vimeo, YouTube, Bunny.net, self-hosted, audio) in postmeta, brand assignments link to the pp_brand taxonomy or custom branding rows, and per-video analytics events (play, complete, watch time) sit in the plugin's analytics table. The plugin's admin lists videos and shows per-video analytics but offers no aggregate view of the library or branding.

SleekView Charts indexes the pp_video_block posts, the presto_player_options, the brand taxonomy, and the analytics events table as flat rows. A Number card counts videos in the library. A Donut splits videos by source (Vimeo, YouTube, Bunny.net, self-hosted, audio). A Bar groups videos by assigned brand so brand coverage surfaces. An Area chart trends analytics play events per day so audience activity becomes legible.

Presto Player Pro continues to render videos, play audio, and record analytics exactly as before. SleekView Charts is read-only against the same post type, options, taxonomy, and analytics table, so the player pipeline is not touched. Saved chart views can be scoped per role, useful for letting a marketing lead see analytics trends without access to Bunny.net credentials.

Workflow

From pp_video_block to a chart dashboard in four steps

1

Point SleekView at Presto Player Pro

Register the pp_video_block post type, the presto_player_options, the brand taxonomy, and the analytics events table as SleekView data sources.
2

Switch the view to Charts

Flip the view from Table to Charts. SleekView opens a blank dashboard ready for cards built on video source, brand, analytics event type, and date.
3

Add chart cards

Pick a chart type, a grouping column (source_type, brand, event_type, event_date), and an aggregation. Each card becomes a saved query against the post type, the taxonomy, and the analytics table.
4

Save and share the dashboard

Save the chart view, scope it per role for engineers, marketing, and editors, and optionally embed it on a frontend page for stakeholders without admin access.

Sample dashboard

Charts you can build from Presto Player Pro data

Four cards that turn the Presto Player Pro post type, options, brand taxonomy, and analytics table into a working video dashboard inside WordPress.
Number · Default

Total videos

A KPI counting every published pp_video_block, with the previous period for context so a bulk import or a content cleanup is visible without opening the library list.
Count
Pie · Donut

Source type mix

A donut split across Vimeo, YouTube, Bunny.net, self-hosted, and audio sources, so the operator sees which hosting strategy actually carries the library.
Count group by source_type
Bar · Horizontal

Videos by brand

A horizontal bar of videos grouped by assigned brand, useful for confirming new videos inherit the right Presto Player brand before they ship.
Count group by brand
Area · Gradient

Daily play events

A gradient area chart of analytics play events per day from the Presto Player analytics table, useful for spotting traffic shifts after a campaign or a homepage placement change.
Count group by event_date

Audience

Who builds Presto Player Pro charts dashboards with SleekView

Video producers

Confirm source mix and brand coverage stay aligned with the production plan by watching the source donut and the brand bar after each release.

Marketing leads

Track daily play events alongside campaign launches so the relationship between a homepage placement and play volume is visible on the same screen.

Agency support

Give support staff a read-only dashboard with library counts and play trends so they confirm video health without touching Bunny.net or licensing settings.

The bigger picture

A video library deserves a dashboard, not a list

Presto Player Pro carries a lot of structure: source per video, brand assignment, analytics events. The default admin presents that structure as per-video screens, which is the right surface for editing one video at a time and the wrong surface for understanding the library as a whole. SleekView Charts reads the post type, taxonomy, options, and analytics events as the structured data they already are.

Cards expose source mix, brand distribution, and play cadence on one shared dashboard. The plugin keeps doing the playback and analytics work it does well; SleekView Charts adds a reading layer the team can share.
