SleekView Charts for Klick-Tipp Subscription: opt-in dashboard
The Klick-Tipp Subscription plugin logs each subscribe call, double opt-in confirmation and tag mapping in WordPress, but offers no dashboard. SleekView Charts groups the form, tag and timestamp columns into Number, Pie, Bar and Area cards you can pin in WP Admin.

Klick-Tipp opt-ins deserve more than a settings page
The Klick-Tipp Subscription plugin renders opt-in forms via the [klicktipp-subscribe] shortcode and pushes each submission to the Klick-Tipp API. Form definitions live as posts under a klicktipp_form post type, and each form holds a _klicktipp_list_id and _klicktipp_tag_ids meta entry mapping it to a list and tag set. The plugin also writes a local log of each subscribe attempt, with the form ID, email hash, API response code and timestamp.
What it does not give you is a dashboard. Admins land on a list of forms with no totals, no trend lines and no tag breakdown. Questions like "how many opt-ins did our lead magnet bring in this week?" or "which tag set is dominating our list growth?" have no built-in answer, so teams export the Klick-Tipp account-side CSV and rebuild the picture in a spreadsheet.
SleekView Charts reads the WordPress side of the integration directly. It groups the local subscribe log by form, by tag set or by date, counts rows for opt-ins, and segments by API response code to surface failed sync attempts. A four-card view gives the lead magnet, the tag mix, the daily trend and the failure count on one screen, refreshed as the plugin writes new rows.

Comparison
Default Klick-Tipp admin vs SleekView Charts
Default Klick-Tipp admin
- Form list shows definitions but no per-form opt-in totals
- No trend chart for opt-ins per day, week or month
- Tag-set distribution requires opening each form separately
- Failed API responses live in the log table, not on a dashboard
- Cross-form weekly totals must be assembled from a Klick-Tipp CSV export
SleekView Charts
- Number cards for weekly and monthly opt-in totals
- Bar cards for opt-ins per form and per tag set
- Area cards for daily opt-in velocity over 30, 60 or 90 days
- Pie cards for API success vs failure response codes
- Cards refresh as the plugin writes new subscribe-log rows
Features
What SleekView Charts gives you for Klick-Tipp Subscription
Form-level KPI cards
Total opt-ins this week, opt-ins per form and average daily signups become Number cards. The figures the team reconstructs in spreadsheets every Monday surface automatically.
Tag-set mix at a glance
Donut and Bar cards render the tag-set distribution across all forms, so segment growth is visible without opening each Klick-Tipp form configuration screen one by one.
Daily and weekly trends
Area and Line cards over rolling 30, 60 or 90 day windows surface signup velocity and the impact of campaigns, ads or new lead magnets on Klick-Tipp opt-in volume.
Audience
Who builds Klick-Tipp dashboards with SleekView
Email marketers
Weekly opt-in review: top-performing forms, tag-set mix and the daily trend on one screen. The same dashboard doubles as a post-campaign check after each Klick-Tipp broadcast.
Acquisition leads
Lead magnet scoreboard: opt-ins per form ranked, paired with the daily trend. Spot which assets pay back the design time and which deserve a refresh or a retirement.
Ops and CRM admins
Health dashboard tracking API response codes from the subscribe log. A spike in non-2xx rows triggers a check before the marketing team notices missing subscribers.
The bigger picture
Why Klick-Tipp shops need a saved dashboard
Klick-Tipp Subscription is the German-speaking world's preferred bridge between WordPress lead-capture and the Klick-Tipp CRM, and the plugin does its job quietly. It also leaves the dashboard story unfinished. Form admins see definitions and tag mappings but no totals or trends, so the recurring questions about list growth get answered with a CSV download from the Klick-Tipp side and a manual spreadsheet rebuild.
SleekView Charts collapses that workflow into a pinned WordPress view. A Number card holds the weekly opt-in total, a Bar splits opt-ins by form, a Pie shows the tag-set distribution and an Area traces the daily trend. The marketing lead checks it on Monday, the acquisition lead audits lead-magnet performance, and ops watches the API failure card for sync issues.
The data was always in WordPress; the dashboard makes it operational.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView Charts for Klick-Tipp Subscription
No. The Klick-Tipp account side remains the authoritative store for broadcasts, automations and deliverability. SleekView Charts adds the WordPress-side opt-in dashboard the plugin itself does not provide, so the two layers complement rather than compete with each other.
Yes. Each subscribe-log row carries the originating form ID, which resolves against the klicktipp_form custom post type. Group a Bar card by form_id to rank lead magnets, footer forms and popup forms on opt-in volume across any time window you choose.
Yes. The subscribe-log table stores the Klick-Tipp API response code for every attempt. Build a Pie card grouped by response_code to monitor the share of non-2xx rows, and turn it into an alert when sync failures cross a threshold for the week.
Yes. Dashboard-level filters apply to every chart card, so a single "premium tag only" filter recasts the entire dashboard. Per-segment opt-in audits become a one-click switch rather than a per-card configuration job you have to redo each time.
Yes. Aggregations run against the indexed form_id, created_at and response_code columns the Klick-Tipp plugin already writes. Even sites pushing thousands of opt-ins per day render the four-card dashboard in seconds without scanning meta or rebuilding indexes.
Yes. Each chart card exposes its underlying row set, which exports to CSV with the active filters applied. That gives marketing a clean handoff for board reports without round-tripping through the Klick-Tipp account-side export tool every time it is needed.
Yes. The Klick-Tipp subscribe-log table is created per subsite, and SleekView Charts reads the current subsite by default. Network-wide dashboards can be configured explicitly when reporting must span multiple subsites in a single Klick-Tipp account.
Yes. SleekView datasets can join the Klick-Tipp form ID into WooCommerce order rows on a shared customer email. The result is a Bar card showing revenue attributable to each Klick-Tipp form, which closes the loop between opt-in source and downstream order value.
