SleekView for Copy.ai: generated drafts and workflow meta as tables
SleekView reads the posts the Copy.ai integration writes into wp_posts and the postmeta it stamps for workflow, model and tone. The result is a draft queue with filters and inline edits in WP Admin.

Copy.ai handles the prompt. WordPress holds the trail.
The Copy.ai WordPress integration sends a workflow to Copy.ai's hosted models and writes the response back into wp_posts as a draft or post. The vendor owns the conversation. WordPress owns the artifact: title, status, author and a row of wp_postmeta keys describing the workflow that produced it.
That artifact is what an editorial team can triage, and what the default Posts screen exposes poorly. SleekView reads the same rows and the same meta. Workflow name, model and tone become first-class columns alongside title and status. Sort by date, filter to drafts on a single workflow, or pull every generation tied to a tone setting, all without opening individual posts.
Edits route through standard WordPress CRUD via wp_update_post, so post-save hooks still fire and any Copy.ai-side meta the integration reads on update stays consistent. The audit becomes a table, not a click-through.

What SleekView gives you for Copy.ai for WordPress
Workflow meta as real columns
Expose Copy.ai's workflow, model and tone keys from wp_postmeta alongside title and status. The triage view replaces a wall of titles with a sortable column set.
Table or kanban of the same data
Toggle between a sortable table and a kanban swimlane grouped by workflow or status. Same Copy.ai posts, two operational shapes for two different teams.
Compose precise filters
Combine status, workflow, tone and author into a saved filter. A weekly marketing review becomes a single named view instead of a daily rebuild.
Audience
Who uses SleekView for Copy.ai
Marketing teams
Filter to drafts produced by the marketing-email workflow and bulk-promote the ones that passed review. Workflow and tone sit in the row, so handoffs run in one pass.
Editorial leads
Filter to blog-post workflow drafts on a specific tone, then bulk-update author or category before scheduling. No more clicking into each post to confirm the tone.
Governance
Filter to AI-stamped posts to audit disclosure coverage and to catch Copy.ai drafts that have aged past their generation date without resolution.
The bigger picture
Why Copy.ai output needs a real triage table
Copy.ai lowers the cost of producing marketing copy so much that the WordPress draft queue grows faster than the editorial routine can absorb. The default Posts screen exposes title, author, status and date, and leaves workflow and tone buried in wp_postmeta. SleekView reads the same rows and the same meta and turns them into a sortable, filterable table.
Marketing stops opening every draft to check which workflow produced it. Governance stops guessing about disclosure. Editorial stops scrolling for blog-post drafts among landing pages and emails.
The data was always there in the database. SleekView surfaces it through a clean view layer rather than a parallel store, which keeps the integration's writes intact while giving the team the operational surface they need. The result is shorter review cycles and fewer drafts left to rot in pending.
Questions
Common questions about SleekView for Copy.ai for WordPress
Any meta key the Copy.ai integration writes to wp_postmeta. The agent UI scans your installation and lists the keys present, so you pick from a real list rather than guessing names.
No. SleekView never calls a vendor API. It reads what the Copy.ai integration has already written to your WordPress database. If a generation never reached WP, it cannot appear in the table.

Yes. Select rows, pick a new status and SleekView writes through wp_update_post so post-status hooks and any listening plugins still fire as expected.
Yes. Filters can match on missing meta as well as present meta. A "missing tone" filter pulls every draft without a tone key set in wp_postmeta, useful for cleanup sprints.
Yes. Add a filter for post_author and the table narrows to that author. Useful for one-on-one reviews and for flagging writers leaning heavily on Copy.ai.
Yes. Copy.ai can target any writeable post type and SleekView mirrors that. Build per-type tables or one combined table scoped by post type.
Yes. Each saved view captures columns, filters and sort order, and can be gated by WordPress capability so marketing, editorial and governance each see the right slice.
Yes. Any filtered table exports as CSV with the same columns the view shows. Useful for briefing an external editor or archiving a snapshot before a cleanup sprint.
